When I got there I was able to meet and thank her in person. The place had a nice feel, good vibes plus I didn't feel like I'd end up on the Next 48 or anything. Nothing out of the ordinary was done, just kindness, and good customer service. Not only has every bottle of wine I've had here been so amazing but the staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Ramona is my go-to gal here. I asked to speak to the owner as I think it's poor business practice; work a bag cost into your pricing or give a bag free with more than two bottles, but he was "too busy" to speak with me!
