I came here for a nail in my tire which they already charge $32.09 a patch and they said i had 2 nails in my car which they could have taken from anywhere and just showed me. So $64 for 2 patches. I had a nail in my tire on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived without an appointment not knowing what to expect. It was my first time here. The place was spacious, super clean and tidy. The two representatives at the front desk were very friendly and professional. They were both wearing masks which was very comforting. They took my car right away, offered me a seat in the waiting area which was very clean and ample. Shortly there after they explained the cost to remove the nail and repair the tire which was very reasonable and assured me it would be done promptly. I don't think I was there for even an hour on a Saturday without an appointment. As I was paying, the manager came out to explain to me the different services they offered which I was inquiring about and was also extremely professional. I had questions about other issues with my car and he even showed me what the new parts look like and explained more than I can ever remember. They all really went that extra step to ensure my comfort and fixed my tire without trying to sell me a new tire or anything else. The service was great overall, the location was easy to get to, ample parking, very clean and the prices seem very reasonable. I will definitely return there in the future. read more

I took my car in for an AC check. They charge me $140 for the diagnostics which included draining the gas and putting it back in. They told me it was blowing cold when I went to pick it up. I got to the corner and the AC was doing the same thing it was doing when I took it there. I brought it back once more... The guy kept saying that everything was good and that he would probably suggest changing the evaporator. I'm no mechanic but that didn't seem logical to me. I went out on my own and bought a new compressor. went to a different auto mechanic and had the compressor changed. Guess what happened? My AC was perfect after changing the compressor. So I spent $140 just saw a mechanic that doesn't know what the hell he's talking about tell me nonsense. You're better off going to a tires plus. read more

I have never had any issues with these guys. I've been coming here consistently for the past 3 years. I've gotten oil changes here full synthetic and my car has never had any leaks or issues. When I had my Range Rover these guys helped me out big time diagnosing it with a specialized computer I'm not talking about the device autozone plugs in my car required a computer to get diagnosed and they did that for free. I'm always able to stop by during lunch time to get my oil change. They have pointed out a few things they recommend I do as part of the maintenance of my car but they are never pushy about it. Went to this shop on two occasions. First was to get my A/C compressor fixed and they handled that. A/C is blowing ice cold. Went again because another shop told me I needed to change my battery. Came to Patriot and they did not try to take my money like the other shop. Jeff explained why my battery was low (was sitting in a body shop for two weeks) and he gave me advice on how to charge it via driving. Stay away!!! Took my vehicle in for a simple service and tire rotation. drove home and the next day noticed a lug was missing... turns out one of my wheels was not secured and all the lugs were loose and one was missing.This is unbelievably stupid for a mechanic to do and could have caused a lot of damaged to my car, accident or my life. I called and complained I told it's probably a simple mistake ( inexcusable ) and was not offered a refund etc. thankfully this was my vehicle and not my family car putting my children at risk over a tire rotation. you've lost my business for all my vehicles ! read more

I learned a very expensive lesson. Don't let anyone other than your manufacturer service your engine and electronic components. Jeffrey at Patriot is either incompetent or a con artist. I took my Nissan 370Z in there for service when it broke down bc I had always been getting my oil changes and tire changes done there and they were fine with that. But they can't handle serious repair work. Every time I spoke to them, they said they needed another day to fix it and more money. At first it was $1,100, then it was $1,800, then $2,400, and then after they had it for a week and they still couldn't fix it they said I should do all this service to my entire engine and it would cost $4,700! At that point, I was on the hook for $2,400, and according to the mechanic's lien laws, I had to pay it or they would own my vehicle after 30 days. So I paid it and took my broken car to Nissan. Nissan was great. They fixed my car in 2 hours for only $400! It didn't cost the $2,300 more that Patriot was trying to scam out of me. When I looked at the service description done by Nissan, I saw that Patriot had already charged me for the exact same work! I went back to Patriot and demanded that they pay my Nissan bill. Jeffrey kept giving me the runaround. He said I was entitled to the refund and then he'd have a check for me the next. The next day I come, and he says corporate still hasn't approved it, and to come back the next day again. I went back 3 times and never got a penny back. DON'T TRUST THEM. Zero stars disregard the one star. My Mother in law used these guys. After 1500.00 worth of work on air conditioner compressor and valve cover gaskets they only changed one gasket the compressor will not shut off even when you turn off the ac completely we brought it back to them because the lines were freezing up they couldn't figure that out or didn't want to figure it out and had my mother in law sign a disclaimer that they wouldn't be held responsible for any future problems. If you need anything to do with air conditioning stay away I will never use them for anything! read more

Not even worth one star. Came in for an oil change, get a call 20 mins later saying the "drive belt" on my car needed replaced and if i took the car on the interstate I would break down. The guy kept pushing to replace it and trying to scare me into doing it. Being a female they tried to take advantage of me and get more money out of me for unnecessary repairs. The belt had just been replaced a few months before and it was brand new. Even upon picking my car up I looked at the belt just to make sure, it was in perfect condition. I have seen this place many times - can't miss the "cheap oil change" sign outside...so yeah, since I am always on the lookout for a deal or bargain, I pulled in for what I thought would be a fast oil change. Of course - they talked me into a pricer oil change - so there went the bargain But...what really annoyed me was how very very long it all took....this is not a quick oil change at all....was there an hour and just "checking out" and paying took way too long, you have to sit down at a "service desk" and it really was a pain. I tell him I'm looking to get a plug or patch and he says "nah, that ship has sailed, we're closed". Ivan is very nice but their mechanics are not very good and their policies for warranty is terrible. Patriot did my brakes and 3 months later I had them done again by someone else. Patriot changed my oil, I had to add a quart myself. I bought 2 new tires at Patriot, one tire blew out and completely fell apart less than 30 days, they would not warranty or prorate the tire at all. They also charged me a second time for wheel balance. You should have done something for a loyal customer who lives in the neighborhood. Your loss, I won't be back read more
