She had to Call him multiple times after he left her car not working and has yet to respond to her messages or return to fix the issues as he said he would. After Jerry worked on her car it was not operational. He made such a mess there was oil everywhere they charged her 600 dollars to clean it up if he didnt come back and fix it. Jerry is totally unreliable and is not trustworthy. He has screwed me twice on a scheduled appointment, first one on a seal on my oil filter housing replacement and now on a serpentine belt replacement. Asked to do a pre-purchase inspection on a pick-up I was looking over the internet. He was quick to respond. He never told me that the ABS light was on, nor the SLIP light, TIRE LOW PRESSURE light, along with the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light.
