Do NOT TRUST. My friend contacted me to tell me her issues with Jerry and since this was his preferred way of messaging hence the screenshot of the now deleted response he left to my comment. She had to Call him multiple times after he left her car not working and has yet to respond to her messages or return to fix the issues as he said he would. After Jerry worked on her car it was not operational. He made such a mess there was oil everywhere they charged her 600 dollars to clean it up if he didnt come back and fix it. Please listen too all the other reviews that this man JERRY AGENOR is not professional, not knowledgeable and will cost you more money in the long run. I will update this in a weeks time to let you know if Jerry has cleaned the garage! UPDATE Since I gotta go back and forth with you on yelp. Jerry is totally unreliable and is not trustworthy. He has screwed me twice on a scheduled appointment, first one on a seal on my oil filter housing replacement and now on a serpentine belt replacement. Both times he promised to be there to get my car back and running. I'm attaching proof of all communication with him. UPDATE: He said he communicates?? That's a laugh! No communication from him at all that he couldn't make it until AFTER I did this review. This makes 2 times he screws a customer over! Also I did talk to him about a starter in person, but never requested him to do it. But he was asked about my oil filter housing seals to be replaced, which he screwed me on and never showed up and no communication until 11pm. He has spoken to me before as he did my negative battery terminal replacement. Asked to do a pre-purchase inspection on a pick-up I was looking over the internet. He was quick to respond. He never told me that the ABS light was on, nor the SLIP light, TIRE LOW PRESSURE light, along with the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light. He said he was going to be showing up after 2:30pm, and showed up 15 minutes earlier than said, which makes his punctuality impeccable! He then changed the time to the following Monday morning and agreed to be there early so I could make it to work at a reasonable time and then in my final available moments of waiting I texted him to find out his status and expressed we would have to reschedule because I couldn't wait any longer.
