I've been here for a few reasons . 1. The first time was a vehicle that was being returned for a lease and the tires had worn out so I needed to replace the tires but didn't want to buy new tires. They gave me great used tires at an amazing price and then I was able to return the vehicle without a charge. 2. The other one was that my daughter had a vehicle where one of the tires was faulty and a regular tire would have been $350. I was able to purchase a brand new tire from them for a very reasonable price and was in and out the door within 45 minutes. Customer service is great. The owner is great. Great business! Had a nail in tire. Called this place up and they said it was not busy at the moment and they could patch it in 30 min. They do not do plugs, only patch for $40. When I got there they were very friendly. They jacked up the side of the car where the tire was right outside so they didn't have to drive it and I could stay with the car. Took the tire back in the shop and patched it in 20 min and I was out the door. Everyone was friendly there. Their garage is part of a big complex but the name of the business is on the side so it's easy to find. They are in the first building closest to the highway. read more

I had a screw in my rear tire and when it was examined, it did not puncture the tire. I have a Jeep with knobby tires so the screw went in between the thread and not through the tire. Unique assisted me and was extremely nice and helpful. After removing the screw and verifying there was no leak in the tire, they did not charge me. I was expecting to need a patch and they could've proceeded and I would not have known, but they were honest about not needing to fix the tire. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I got a flat tire late last night. I have a Tesla and they do not come with a spare so and looked up the closest tire shop and slowly rolled my car there so I could leave it there and Uber home. I called them in the morning and they were able to work with me allowing me to remote start my vehicle so they could do the work without me actually bringing my key down. They replaced two of my tires at a ridiculously fair price, I was actually shocked. I am pretty new to the area but I have definitely found my tire shop for as long as I live here. read more

I went there for a front end alignment. The price was fair. The manager was polite, and the service was quick.

I found a screw in my tire and took it to Firestone for repair. Lo and behold they said they couldn't do a patch since the hole was too close to the side. I mentioned a plug but apparently Firestone does not do tire plugs. In any case a quick Yelp search found me True Tread tires. I called and Brad said no problem to bring it in. True Tread is in an industrial park and it is a small tire shop. This is a small business so there are definitely no-frills here. Brad was extremely friendly and did the repair himself. I was in and out of the place in 15 minutes and at an extremely reasonable cost. Brad mentioned to me that he also installs new tires. I'll definitely check this place out the next time I need tires and if they are competitive with cost then I'll have them done here to support our local small businesses. Every one gave this place a 5 star review, and guess what, it's getting another WELL DESERVED and earned 5 star review. Seriously, if you have any tire issues - GO HERE. DO NOT go to a scumbag shady Tire Shop place in the area. Those places will never give you legitimate advice or information, their goal is to sell you an expensive new tire every single time, even if a simple nail is on the tire that can be legitimately patched up. How do I know this? My father has been in the used car business for decades, and we work with many people in the industry. I'm not just some clueless guy walking into a place. It actually happened to me over a year ago, when all it requires was was a patch, and the guy at Tire Kingdom claimed it couldn't be patched, and can't put the tire back on, serious liability, etc etc. Oh yeah, they also tore my muffler when bringing down my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Anyhow, I recently had a blown tire with my 2018 Camaro coming right off Alligator Alley and into the Davie area. My tire literally went down to 0 pressure in mere 5 minutes, and I was left scrambling because home is in Miami. I already knew going to a place was going to be troublesome, but then, I was lucky enough to find this place right next to the Car Max Dealership. I take it to True Tread, and meet Brad. He takes a look, says the tire is done for (which it was, and I knew already a few weeks before it was nearing its end), and offers me a very fair tire replacement that didn't break the wallet. Brad is my guy, and the only person I recommend for anyone in the area with legitimate honest tire needs. True honesty and fair prices go a long way, I wish nothing but the ultimate success for him.
