Let me start by saying I've been going here for years. I went in there a few months ago to have one tire sensor replaced, which they said they could do. Well here I am, 6 or 7 visits later and 3 sensors replaced and I still have 1 bad sensor and now the sensors aren't even reading the correct tires. According to them, every time I came back, a new sensor went bad. Seems like a really big coincidence. Every time I go in there, they keep my truck all day to figure out a tire sensor issue. Would have rather them just told me it's not in their wheelhouse then make me spend unnecessary money. Good luck with tires if you go there. read more

How could I have been blind to all the services here! Oh yeah--it's all in the name! This place has been busy serving residents in Tamarac, Coral Springs and neighboring cities for decades, but like me, many are in oblivion about it being a full service shop. No more! Car jumped through AAA, but three different calls and servicemen later, the terminals couldn't be removed nor replaced by any of them! The local Jeep dealership wanted to charge me $300 for replacement and labor!!! I have had many bad experiences with my Jeep dealer for service calls. So, after being made aware that the ONE descent, helpful service rep. is no longer there, I shopped around and came to this plaza desperate for help. Not only will I continue to service my vehicle here under Daren's management and his top-notch caring service crew, but I will spread the word sincerely and hopeful that like me, others will become regulars for more than oil changes, battery replacements and brakes. I was due (well, overdue) for an oil change, and my meeting at Tamarac City Hall (next door) finished up earlier than I expected, so I stopped in. It was on the way home, and the way I look at it; if they don't do a good job, I'll never come back. Easy enough. They weren't terribly busy so they were able to take me in immediately (yay!). They showed me to the waiting area and I waited. They came back to make sure I knew what oil I wanted (I did, synthetic) and they came in with the obligatory "your air filter is dirty" which I can change myself, thankyouverymuch, so I said that's okay, just the oil change. Surprisingly, they did not try to sell me anything else. The guys who I interacted with were both great. Very nice and personable and neither seemed interested in ripping me off. I tend to appreciate that in a business. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied with the work they did. They're not far from my house so when I'm due again, I'll definitely keep them in mind. read more

Every single time I have had my oil changed or other work done at EZ Lube I have been surprised by the care shown to both me and my car. My experience was ok but questionable, and my husband's reaction to everything that happened makes me think twice about this place. I went to EZ Lube after being told by the owner, Frank, at Kramer's next door, to go to EZ Lube for an oil change. So I did. The manager, Jay, was very helpful, very knowledgeable. Everything he told me they would do for a $36.00 oil change was very much like what I'd get at Jiffy Lube. After my car was taken into the bay to be looked at, Jay came to me and said my car had to have the Synthetic oil change which was $74.95. That's not what I've been told before with my Toyota and not what Toyota told me when I inquired about my car last year. But I said yes to the synthetic and then they were finished with the oil change in like 15 minutes. Jay came in and said there was a leak around my power steering and my belts were cracked. My husband, once I told him my experience, reminded me my car doesn't NEED synthetic oil and what he said was a recommendation, not a necessity. My husband will check the belts and power steering himself. But I went to this shop to see if we could have a new mechanic for more serious jobs for my car and my husband's Mercury. Although Jay and his tech's were super nice, up-selling me on something simple like an oil change tells me to keep looking in the area for a new mechanic. read more

Excellent place! The assistant manager, Mike was a very nice guy. I came in for an oil change, and maybe to replace break pads. The synthetic oil change was $75, which is pretty standard. They noticed I needed some new tires, which was really true and it was unsafe for me to be driving like that. I called up tire kingdom to compare quotes. Tire kingdom had a special, but 2 tires, get 2 free deal. Even with that, tire kingdom came higher priced by like 20%. So I got my tires changed and an oil change, and he said he will look at my brake pads also, because I told them they were making squeaking sounds and I might need them replaced. Here's where I was very impressed.. They could have got me for the new break pads, but they were honest. He called me and said they just needed to be cleaned and adjusted, for $30. Awesome. Today I came to get an oil change after a couple of years and was surprised to see that the service is still great, friendly and in a timely manner. Never have to wait too long. Staff is courteous and efficient. The waiting area is clean and nice and doesn't look like a shop, with oil smeared on the counters and stuff. Im big on things like that, so I think its important to point that out. Im very happy to have come here again after so many years. I will make this my first choice to get my oil change. Prices are reasonable-- Maybe slightly more expensive than your gas station shop that does it for $20-$25. But your paying for superior service, so it balances out in the end. I have been taking my car to these guys for awhile. As I have an older car (21 yrs old), it does seem to need a few tweaks now and then...lol! They always remember me personally and take tremendous care of me. They do much more involved work than oil changes if the car requires it. If I need just an oil change it is such a breeze, and you can find discount coupons online if you want. No matter what problem my Firebird has developed; and believe me it has, that brings me to Jay (Manager) and the crew, I know I am in a great place.
