The entire process from the original estimate to the completion of the work was so fast and stress free. I first had PFC out to look at our yard for a quote on March 18th. They were patient when we asked for several quotes for different kinds of wood and vinyl fencing. We ultimately chose PFC because they were very easy to deal with, answered all of our questions, and they were patient with us while we asked for updated quotes. They were also able to turn the work around very fast. They had a crew come on April 1st and finished the fence all within a day. There were no surprises on our final invoice and I would absolutely recommend them to someone else looking for fence work. One word: Disappointed. Lots of words: Well, from across the street my new fence looks great, but up close, not so much. Crooked gates that do not close correctly, non-level posts, non-level gates, warped boards, nails sticking out, old metal posts that were not cut below grade, and trash and materials still being found months after the job was completed. We paid on 3/10 and the work didn't start until 4/26. As far as I'm concerned, it's still not done today (8/30). I have given PFC dozens of opportunities to right these wrongs, so I do not feel bad writing this review at all. I have sent Keith no less than 15 emails that he has not responded to. When I get him on the phone, he's dismissive and seems to have little interest in correcting their wrongs. In one of the instances where they actually did come out to "fix" a post that had twisted and broken, they used steel brackets and Ramset hardware to effectively bolt the post to my 160 year old brick garage. Now the brick is destroyed and it's the first thing I see when I get home every day. I could go on and on, but long story short, they don't have any pride in their work. Truthfully, if one person in any sort of management role had taken 15 minutes to look over my fence when it was done, 100% of these issues would have been caught and could have been rectified on the spot. Instead, it had to be dragged out for months, ending in this review and me fixing my $5100 fence myself. read more

I got two separate calls from representatives of Patriot fence two weeks ago on a Saturday to follow up on my online request for a quote for the installation of a new deck. The first representative wanted to come over right away but I wasn't home he said he would call me back after he finished a few visits in Reading. He never called me back. The second representative called and came over within an hour. He stayed and took measurements and talk to us about our vision. He said he would have a quote to us the following Monday. I received an email from yet another representative named Karen the Monday after my quote. She wanted to schedule a time for someone to come out for an estimate. I emailed her back to let her know someone was out and we were waiting for Patriot to provide us with a quote. She never responded to my email and two weeks later NO quote or follow-up. In the meantime I've hired another company who has already started the work. I believe their lack of service up front was a blessing. If they don't get back to a potential customer looking to give them business I can only imagine they would be a nightmare to deal with. My $15,000 deck was not worth Patriots time. I wonder if the owner knows how the company is being represented. Don't waste your time give your business to someone who wants it. read more

I paid the company to have the fence installed. less than a year later I noticed 3 poles were lose And the fence was shaking a lot. I tried calling the Company to have them fixed and I kept getting push back. I wasn't even asking Them to do it for free even though they installed and did a bad job, I was willing to pay and nothing. they never came or called me back. I used these guys to fence in my yard. It had an old chain link fence about 2,000 years old. They busted it up and hauled it away and in no time installed a new vinyl privacy fence. My yard look beautiful, and the fence is strong. It isn't cheap to have this done, but when you are ready, use these guys and you will be satisfied with their work. Patriot Fence doesn't care at all about the neighbor next door to the person paying them. My neighbor got a plastic fence and I lost my prize Lilly's that were the last gift from my dad before he passed not only did they kill those but stomped on every plant on my property. Called and left messages it has been weeks and no return calls. They don't follow property lines they put the fence were they want they just pour a bag of concrete around the pole over the dirt don't mix it with water like you are supposed to just dry powder and hope for rain. Very rude even though we brought them water and removed my old rose bush so they wouldn't get hurt. Been looking out for my neighbors for years but I don't get the satisfaction of a call just the secretary stating she left the message that is when she actually answers the phone. read more

When I called, the person I spoke with couldn't find the person who was supposed to meet me at my home. He told me that maybe he was stuck somewhere. Fine. They came right out and gave me what I thought was a very fair quote for the job. Once we came to an agreement on the actual fence I wanted, the job was done in one day when they said it would be. They removed and hauled away that old ugly chain link fence and then very carefully installed a beautiful new white vinyl fence. After 3 1/2 years my Patriot Fence Crafters 52 sections of #1 Cedar Fence (supposedly) posts were rotting beneath ground level. I called in the spring of 2016 and they said that they would come and look at the fence in the fall. I called again in the fall and they came and looked at the fence and decided that only 7 were rotted because that is all they came back with (7) and they installed them. I walked the yard with the two installers and they agreed with me that there were 8 more rotted posts. I called and they said that they would come back again but did not. I sent new pictures of more rotted posts in December after noticing my fence now collapsing on what was the good side.This makes three sides now. Fence is 4 years old and my fence posts are rotting away. I am surrounded by wooden fences in my neighborhood. Their fences have been up for years including my old fence (lasted 30 yrs). Don't know why but the posts they installed are rotting away. I am so upset that I picked your company to spend over $8000 for #1 cedar fence, only to have my fence falling down around me.
