After standing around for 15 minutes while he fumbled through his pile of disorder, an employee in the back located us on the computer. As we forked over ANOTHER $355, I asked what our recourse was if the boat was still not fixed. He said we'd have to bring it back so he could take it on the lake to check it out. Not "it's finally fixed", mind you, because he finally admitted he doesn't even know what is wrong with it! At this point, I think this 'Doc' needs to be sued for 'malpractice'. He is a charlatan and a conjurer. We didn't know this because there was no Yelp review before ours but now that we know of his reviews on Yahoo, we are *not* surprised. Lake life 805 answered immediately and was very helpful and reasonable $$ about booking my reservation.. we booked a 10 passenger pontoon which had an amazing sound system, and new limousine style seating arrangements. They emailed over my rental contract, and even offered to have a copy available for my convenience if I did not have a printer. Which was very very helpful in this last minute situation.
