I hired Patriot Pest Management in 2020 to address a rodent issue in my attic and crawl space. After their inspection, I was told there were "several spots on the roof line" that needed patching, and that they would repair those areas, clean the space, and deodorize it. I paid nearly $3,000 for those services. Fast‑forward to now: I started hearing activity again and had my current pest control company inspect the property. Within 20 minutes, the technician identified the real issue -- there is no plywood sheathing between my rafters and the tile roof, leaving multiple open points for rodents and other animals to enter. In other words, the "patches" Patriot Pest Management sold me were nothing more than temporary band‑aids on a structural problem they should have clearly identified and explained. I feel misled and taken advantage of. They took my money, gave me inadequate repairs, and left me with the same problem I had before -- holes in the roof, droppings in the crawl space, and insulation that now needs to be removed and replaced. Their recommendations and assurances were incomplete at best and negligent at worst. I would never recommend Patriot Pest Management. They did me dirty, and I'm now paying again to fix issues they should have properly diagnosed the first time. read more

I had the most unpleasant experience of finding a live rat in my bedroom. I don't know how he got there, but my dog alerted me. The dog and I chased the rat with no success so I called Patriot Pest Management and they sent Sean Johnson out to help. Sean arrived within 15 minutes, got down to business, found the rat and removed it. I can now sleep in that bedroom again. So grateful for the fast service and the reasonable pricing for the emergency call. I will sign up with Patriot for regular pest services. read more

We have used Patriot Pest a number of times over the years and they do a fine job. However, Nicole insisted we pay in advance for a recent appointment which we had never done before. We found that very off-putting and unnecessary. We asked to have the paper invoice mailed to us after making the on-line payment, and they wanted an add'l $5 for the privilege of receiving that. I received a call from my Neighbor indicating that it was a pest control guy out in front of my home. Did I have a schedule appointment today? keep in mind. We have a very good neighborhood watch. I Indicated to my Neighbor yes I have a schedule appointment. My neighbor also informed me as he was watching the pest control guy. They noticed he did such a thorough job of getting the cobwebs off the home, spraying around the perimeter of the home. My neighbor said he appeared to be very detailed in his duties. My Neighbor indicated that once his contract is up with his current pest control company he might consider changing to the one I use. Good company to work with: easy to schedule, do not upsell, and most importantly, we have no ants for over a year despite all our neighbors having a lot of ant problems. Tech Jacob let me know in advance he was on his way to perform my pest control service. I appreciate this because I have dogs that I need to make sure our secured. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and even made suggestions regarding my plants. He asked if I had any concerns that need to be addressed. Thanks to the new development 50 ft away from my house, I've been battling Voles (digging field mice) and Gophers for over a year. Half of my front yard is full of tunnels and need to replace at least 6 plants they've dug up. Hired Patriot Pest for yet another issue as my bait stations and traps were not doing enough. Within 3 weeks of treatments from Curtis and Nam I've already noticed a significant decrease in activity and no new tunnels. I'm sure they'll return and will be in touch when that happens. We had rats coming into our house, and we had called another pest management company to come through and check it out. They arrived and confirmed what we knew, rats were coming into the house. I was preparing mentally for a hefty bill, but when were quoted 18k for a full rat slab we had to say gtfo. Enter our experience with patriot. Dave came through and within 15 minutes had found a rat inside our house, and set up probably 30 traps after the rat hid under a couch to make sure it didnt get away. He walked me around the whole house, identified problem areas and took to fixing them. Each subsequent inspection around the house was done by a different but similarly knowledgeable and friendly person. And needless to say the rat inside our house didn't escape the traps that were set. This ended up costing us I think 2k or so. WILDLY less expensive and substantially more logical in their approach. Even explaining to me why a rat slab would not have been the best sequential conclusion to fixing the problem even if the rats were digging under the house (which they weren't). Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. read more

I waited to write this review to see how things would go during the heat when I would typically have the most trouble, and now I can definitely say this is the BEST pest control company I have ever used. I have gone through Clarks, Orkin, Day and night pest, all in one pest eliminator, aptive....none of them hold a candle to the results I have seen with this company. I can actually sit on the ground outside and there are absolutely no bugs crawling around me. I do see spiders from time to time but they end up dead eventually. Our neighborhood was recently infested with beetles and because of the spray they did indoors months ago, all of them ended up either dead outside or some dead inside. I was just happy they were dead! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I am so grateful we no longer have any issues like we did with past pest control companies. This company is worth every penny I pay them. Very respectful on the phone as well. I love that I can sit outside without getting attacked by bugs!!! read more

I've been using these guys for years and they cancelled last minute on me last week and then rescheduled and come out while I'm on a business call and just leave and charge me a $45 rescheduling fee. I just got off a painful phone call with the manager who elected to talk over me and argue with me about this erroneous $45 charge. I was accommodating them with their last minute cancellation/reschedule request and they didn't give me a credit or a fee for jerking me around, but then when they are inconvenienced they bang me with a $45 fee just a few days later. To add insult to injury, the manager and owners' daughter was more interested in arguing with me, trying to prove me wrong, and talking over me than she was in listening to me and acknowledging my frustration. Nice family business who will jerk you around and cancel appts last minute at no cost to them, but if you don't answer the door when they show up (anytime between 9am - 5pm) then they charge your card $45 and argue with you when to call them. read more
