Worst customer service ever!! Promised a new liner in 6-8 weeks. Paid $3500.00 on May 31st. Couldn't get them to come out for 6 weeks. Never returned a phone call and told us they would come and never showed or called for another 2 weeks. Finally came out again after 8 weeks. So much for the summer. Finally we r told 3 weeks more and we thought hurray we might make Labor Day. We called on Thursday only to b told they were unsure of measurements and it still wasn't ordered. They stated never should've taken your pool on. Think they could've mentioned that in March of this year when this unpleasant journey began?? 1. Rude people 2. Unprofessional 3. Never returned calls. 4. Never show up when promised. 5. Told 6-8 weeks and we're at 5 mos and still no liner!! Told us we couldn't get a refund because they had been out 5x (lie) and spent 15 hours measuring (lie) but they still hadn't actually ordered the liner. After an entire summer was wasted we did get our money back and would never recommend these people to anyone! *Save yourself the headache and choose someone else!!! read more

Were very good at first but, after installing a pool pump they refused to stand behind their work when I asked them to check to make sure it was working correctly. Called on and off for almost 3 months didn't call back. When they finally did they said there was nothing wrong even though pool was never clear after their installation. Said it was chemical problem even though I had the water tested and found all was correct. read more

We asked this company to give us a quote for a pool in the beginning of June. The person didn't show up the first time scheduled (red flag). When she showed up to the rescheduled appointment, She gave a rough estimate but said she would get us a written quote. We have called the company 4 times for that quote and still have never received it. read more

My experience with Patriot Pool & Spa is very different than those posted here. My Jacuzzi was delivered and setup on the day promised. The tech was very competent and professional. He stayed with me until my internet was connected and ha trained me on all features, care, and warranty. I'm soooo happy with Patriot and the install crew. read more

Casey treated me very poorly and she was very upset that I asked for the owner to call me when per her statement she was the manager and she ran the store. She seemed threatened by my request and repeatedly asked me what the owner could do for me that she couldn't. After 5 no call no shows I asked for the owner to me because of the multiple times I am told the repair person wasn't responding to the office personal calls or requests to repair the pool. After I asked for a call from you on Sept. 5 it was fixed that day, so in my view asking for a call from you got my pool repair done. I told Casey it was resolved because I was tired of the way she kept repeating she was the manager, how good of a manger she is and what could you do that she could not. You did not hear the whole conversation and I do remedy you because her attitude changed when you came in and I noticed that. The situation would have never happened if you had called or if as per her statement that as the manager she handles all the situations. I, as a manager, would have known the job was completed in less time as estimated, the customer was satisfied and the refund check was in the mail. The customer would not have had to come in 4 days after the repairs to inquire. Proper communication would have solved this entire situation. If you had taken as much time to respond to the poor review to take care of the issue the review would have been a 5 star instead of 1. read more

My grill isn't the same brand they sell but I had read online of people using the accessories anyway. Responses were "I don't know what that is" and "your grill isn't as good as ours" Okay thanks! I would give them Zero stars. They did a good job talking about how great they are when selling a pool and hot tub, but everything else has been terrible! The delivery guy was 1 day and about 6 hours late, rude as hell and was so mad, he almost ripped my gate off the hinges. Correction, he pulled the screws out of the hinge. He did not call like he said he was then was pissed when i did not answer the door. He did not deliver the pool , like he was supposed too, then i ended up picking it up myself. The hot tub cover lift is the biggest piece of junk and i am still trying to get a new lift. Correction, a new lift was installed as promised by the owner. The owner tells you what ever you want to hear. The pool was several parts short due to open boxes. When I picked up the parts, i had to argue about the missing parts and several attempts, she got the correct parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I made corrections after receiving the following text from the owner. Hello Tony. I am trying to contact you regarding this review that you did regarding my business. In the review you have made untruthful remarks. That is called defamation in Florida and you can be sued. Im wanting to discuss how we can avoid a lawsuit and resolve this situation. If I could I would give them zero stars. I paid over $6500 for a hot tub and first had to wait 3 months for delivery and installation. Second, 4 months later there is a water leak, it is under warranty and they charge me $105 trip fee to perform repairs. They sold me that hot tub because of the warranty but, never told me anything about a trip charge. Go anywhere else than this place. read more

Our experience with Patriot Pools and Spa is this. They were very knowlegged on the spa options on the market. We know this because we had already been researching what we thought would be perfect for us before we went to the store. The advice we were given was in alignment with our research so we felt comfortable with ordering a spa from them. Yes, it took quite a while to get the spa but we were informed of the manufacturing and delivery hold up time in advance. It did take longer than expected so we tried to check in to get updates. This is where I agree with other reviewer that the communication was spotty and could have been better if they would have returned calls. That being said, I feel it is because like many companies, they were under staffed for a while. When our spa came in and we confirmed it was in their warehouse. Everything from there was smooth. The delivery was well coordinated and the guys were communicative as to there timeline of arrival. They were very polite and cleaned up everything before they left. Overall we are very happy with our decision. The suggested tub is awesome and exactly what we hoped for. read more

I just had Patriot Pool and Spa remove, prepare and install a new very heave duty liner in my in ground pool What an experience! The Pros from Patriot Pool and Spa did a beautiful job in every aspect. The new liner was not damaged at all, fit perfectly and we are so proud of it. I recommend that if you need any pool or spa work done....call on Patriot Pool and Spa. The estimate given was almost $1000 cheaper than any competitor I spoke with. I had a great experience with this place. Went in and talked to a girl named Bobbie, she answered every question I had about the above ground pools and more, I was already sold, but wanted to bring my husband in for the final decision... A few days later I brought him in, he was very impressed by Bobbie's knowledge on the pools, she spent a lot of time with us explaining everything, pumps filters chemicals ect.... We ended up buying the 27 ft Milano, she said it would prob b 2 weeks b4 install, that was on Friday, it is Monday now, and I've already been called with dates for ground leveling, sand and set up..... Will have sand on Wednesday, leveling on thurs, and set up on Monday cause fri is a holiday...... Heck yea, a week early.... Super excited..... Weve been doing business with Sundance Spas (formerly Backyard Outlet) for several years. I am still enjoying our 15x30 oval above ground pool and have had very few minor repairs.
