Never returned a phone call and told us they would come and never showed or called for another 2 weeks. Finally came out again after 8 weeks. So much for the summer. Finally we r told 3 weeks more and we thought hurray we might make Labor Day. We called on Thursday only to b told they were unsure of measurements and it still wasn't ordered. They stated never should've taken your pool on. Think they could've mentioned that in March of this year when this unpleasant journey began?? 1. Rude people 2. Unprofessional 3. Never returned calls. 4. Never show up when promised. 5. Told 6-8 weeks and we're at 5 mos and still no liner!! Told us we couldn't get a refund because they had been out 5x (lie) and spent 15 hours measuring (lie) but they still hadn't actually ordered the liner. After an entire summer was wasted we did get our money back and would never recommend these people to anyone! *Save yourself the headache and choose someone else!!!

Called on and off for almost 3 months didn't call back. When they finally did they said there was nothing wrong even though pool was never clear after their installation. Said it was chemical problem even though I had the water tested and found all was correct.

Despite a revolving door or techs (one special tech was caught on security camera calling our equipment stupid and walking away) we had minor issues with their service. Minor until we started getting brown spots in the pool and my service tech told me I needed a bypass because the constant flow was causing copper spots. Tech said "definitely would be a good decision". Aqua Pools charged me $450 to install it. That didn't fix the issue. Still had spots and Aqua Pool said they can't do anything about it. Next, then the heater would not turn on/off with the control box. Aqua pool tech told me my heater was bad and he recommended it to be fixed for another $450 or so. The heater warranty crew (different company) then came out and said 1. The bypass being engaged will damage the heater and 2. The system had been put in a different mode - causing the on/off issue. Each warranty visit cost me $125. SIMILAR TO OTHER CUSTOMERS and REVIEWS ON HERE- CHECK THEM OUT. I called Aqua pool management (Vickie) and expressed my displeasure and lack of confidence in my service. I asked if they could credit me for the last $125 and try to stop this from continuing to repeat itself. She said she would get back to me. Then one week the tech is a no-show and said to contact management. When I called to see what was going on, she was short and rude, talked over me, and told me they were cancelling my service. She reminded me that I was displeased with what had happened and the solution was to part ways. She said she sent emails - three times - I guess not professional enough to call or take care of the customers or capable to work through conflict. They want to blame the customer. Same as other reviews. Should have seen the red flags. DO NOT RECOMMEND - cost me more money in the long run.

Deveid, our tile/travertine guy took his time and communicated with us every step of the way. He made sure we were happy with his work. Sean was our sales guy, who was laid back and easy to work with, not pushy. Morgan, in the office, guided us through the design process and picking out the things we wanted with great patience...we changed our minds on things and she was so graceful. Jaxon was our project manager and did a great job of showing up, confirming we were pleased with the work being done and getting things moving along, taken care of through it all. The pool looks beautiful and we are quite happy with the work they did and the people we worked with.

To reply to blue havens reply…read more Yes I met with Thomas twice to go over issues. And yes they tried to resolve some of them. And did successfully resolve some. Several issues Thomas offered nothing to correct. Some he said he could but I'd go months longer without my pool. As for the leak detection after replaster they are claiming they did. That's a bold face lie. Which it typical of blue haven employees. I asked for a leak detection due to loosing several inches of a water a day. I was told I to fill out a form stating I would pay for the leak detection if no leak was found and it would be up to $600. I refused to do that and showed them the leak myself which was a hole in the new plaster that they had already tried to patch twice. You did replace two patches of sod in my and my neighbors yard after your sub ran his can through my and my neighbors yard after a hard rain for no reason severely damaging both yards. However the time a different sub destroyed my other neighbors yard y'all did nothing to help there. I had to fix those damages myself. Y'all did a crap job and you know it. Even your own staff has admitted it. Honestly y'all's dishonesty and unprofessionalism is worse than the poor work yall performed.
