They specialize in WW2 rifles, which I have purchased a few online through Gunbroker, but the option to inspect in person is what keeps me coming back to the store. Bigger stores often don't stock C&R firearms, or won't let you inspect them to your satisfaction, or sometimes are even rude in their customer service, but by far, my experience at Horse Shoe Firearms has been extremely pleasant and has led me to purchase some great finds! The resident collector and salesman at the store is very knowledgeable and we often compare our recent acquisitions. One of my favorite past-times is coming in and having an academic discussion about WW2 Arisaka Bolt Action rifles with Colt here at the store, and it's nice to actually see and hold different examples he has come across available in the store. Their store is small, but they have a vast array of firearms and ammunition from modern to antique. If they don't have it, they can definitely get it for you, and their customer service in selecting products is second-to-none. Overall, I highly recommend Horse Shoe Firearms, LLC, and it is well worth checking out their selection!

(sorry not sure if she was the owner or just worked there) She was extremely knowledgeable about local fishing and fly fishing as well. My boys are avid fisherman and we bought some flies for my oldest and she was kind enough to throw in one that would help with local fishing. Lets just take a moment to appreciate this kind Man, his charisma, and his service to our Country. With the world in such a state of affairs I realized it was time for me to get serious. I purchased a shogun for home protection and came here to learn the ins and outs of my firearm. Lane rental is $30 and Mr Jule gave me a personal assessment for no extra charge. What a guy. A year later I took my local CC class I came back to Mountain Range to train and learn more about 9mm's. They had a selection of rentals for me to choose from and once again I had a Lesson with Mr. Jule. I left feeling much more confident about not only my skill level but also which firearm I would be purchasing in the future. Highly recommend this place if you are a Female that wants to become familiar with firearms and get some practice in.
