Amanda from the front desk was ALWAYS super responsive and friendly and answered any and all questions I had. When it came time to drop the vehicle off for its repairs, they kept me updated along the way with time frames and what they might be waiting on. Even if I did have a question or just wanted another update, a quick email would he respond in a timely manner or even just a quick phone call as well. We did have a couple of bumps along the way with the insurance company, but Greg had no problem trying to communicate with them over and over again to help it get resolved for me. They do the best they can with any situation and help you as much as they can. They do offer a lifetime guarantee on anything they fixed, so that is always a plus. I had to come back to get something else checked, which they graciously stated they had no problem checking it out for me. I definitely recommend this location if you happen to need them for anything vehicle wise. They definitely give it to you straight and give you recommendations on what you should do. They do have a huge parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from as well. They are located right off Independence.

Area manager first call was with Mark Montrey said he would do it again with difference glass manufacturer this lady was out- Barbara- she was arguing with me, said she called mark who is out this week and he claims he did not speak to me. I know nothing about windshields- I wouldn't even know there are different after market options. Mark ordered the new glass. Now they informed me they will not pay for OEM glass. Terrible all the way around. Do not use Caliber Glass- they do their work through third parties no Caliber employees.

I got to the appointment 35 minutes ahead of schedule. 40 minutes after the appointment was to have started I got a phone call from the technician saying he didn't know what time the appointment was scheduled. He then asked if I might go out for breakfast as he was running late. I inquired and found that he was in Wilson, NC on another job and that it would be quite some time before he could finish (3 or 4 hours) and then DRIVE TO Wilmington (maybe another 2 hours) for my service. As I had already driven in heavy traffic and had been waiting and did not have reasonable expectation of WHEN the work would be done or finished I cancelled the job and drove home. Frustrated and Exasperated!!!
