I took my 3/4 ton pickup to get rims swapped to new tires and get them rebalanced. not to mention I had to babysit the worker and make sure he did what I would expect someone to work at a tire place to do. for one, don't let this place fool you, when I took my truck in on the first week of september they didn't have a torque wrench to torque my lugs to 185 ft lbs like it requires so they don't get loose. fast track a week later, my tires are not balanced properly(their machine could not handle my big bore hub centric rims to get a proper balance. Not to mention all the old weights were left on the wheels and added more...my wheels shouldn't be nearly falling off because of improper torque( they literally just zipped it with a gun who knows the level of the battery) I would assume maybe 150 ft lbs which is not good enough for a 3/4 ton pickup. I would reccomend before coming here, just go to Firestone or hopefully by now they have a torque wrench after telling them a piece of my mind. but hey if you don't care how you car is taken care of and just want to get a tire put on, great place, open late. again just go to Firestone read more

Bingo Tires & Auto Repair is the absolute BEST. Why? They are incredibly skilled, honest, thorough, and kind. They also have the GREATEST hours. Here's what happened. I went to my car, only to learn that the rear tire had lost a lot of air. The culprit? Screws! It was so late at night that I was certain no one would be open. But Bingo was! I read all their reviews and checked out their very nice website. I decided to give them a try. And I am so so so glad that I did! 1) Walt is insanely nice and so skilled! We needed a car tire at 9:50 at night because my husband was stuck in the middle of nowhere with a flat . Geico failed us, AAA was doing their best to get a tow truck but let me tell you who saved the day. Bingo MF tires. We called them at 9:50. The owner is so sweet and helpful. I blew a tire and got towed to bingo tires at 8 pm (open till 10 pm which is so nice) and they got me a used tire for 62 dollars. The owner helped me figure out what kind of tire I needed while I was on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck. He was so patient and understanding and once I got to his shop he and his employees worked quickly and were so kind. I definitely recommend and will be back. read more

I first started going to Bingo Tires in 2013 because I kept popping tires on my Audi, and Moe, the owner, always helped me get replacements, which were very hard to find. Since then, I've been going to him and his chief mechanic Douglas for tires, brakes, and engine work on a regular basis. If they can't fix something they'll send you to somebody who can. They've always been honest with me, they charge a fair price, and they won't sell you anything you don't need. I've even had my mom's and my dad's cars fixed there, with no problems. You know I wouldn't let anybody fix my mom's car if I didn't trust them to do it right the first time. I would definitely recommend Bingo Tires if you need good work done at a fair price. read more

I drove 40 minutes to go to Used Tires Express due to their great reviews... Christ, protector of everything that is good and holy, deliver me from ever running into that shop. However, having some good sense, I left the place and went to Bingo... I was greeted, treated and taken care of as a paying customer should. $5 under budget and feeling great about it. Bingo gets the job done. Quick and efficient work and they don't try to BS you. I've had them work on both my car and my girlfriends and have no problems to report. The first time I went there I was dealing with a slow leak in a tire and went to discount tire first. Discount tire offers a free fix to these kind of tires but no such luck for me. They get too held up about liability issues and want you to spend WAY too much money to just replace everything. This is why I traveled down the road to Bingos and haven't looked back since. What was a 1000+ fix at another store was less than 30 bucks at Bingos. That's a no brainer. I went back in recently with a nail in my tire close to the edge of the sidewall. Another one that chain stores refuse to fix and walked out of bingos in 15 minutes and only paid 10 dollars for it to be fixed. The front desk workers are always super nice and professional. Prices are always fixed and don't inflate for any reason. Payment is easy and I'll always go back for sure. read more

This place saved my entire trip! I was driving up from Charleston when I noticed an awful noise coming from my car. I called Bingo, they graciously fit me in and repaired my car before the afternoon was over. I was so impressed with their respect, their skill set, and how they very much took care of someone that was traveling from out of town. Terrible service - definitely go somewhere else. I talked to a few people, several times, and had to explain each time who I was, and what was going on with my car. I heard different stories about what was happening with my car and it seemed that no one knew it was going on. Whoever was running the shop was rude, disrespectful and condescending. Awesome cutomer service!! I discovered Bingo Tires by chance while looking online for a used tire. My first visit was last year to purchase a tire for my SUV. The mechanic was very pleasant and provided me a brand name used tire for a great price. I returned a few months later due to low tire pressure alarm, assuming I needed another tire. The owner was courteous and pointed out to me a huge nail protruding from my tire. Lucky for me they were able to 'plug' the tire and I did not have to purchase another tire. I have re-visited Bingo Tires on a few other occassions to inquire about new tires, oil changes, and basic auto needs. Each visit I was greeted, assisted and provided with excellent customer service. Stopped to get some gasoline on the way to work and had a strange hole in my tire?! And another tire was starting to get that nice, shiny, bald look. In need of cheap tires, I found this place online. They have great customer service! The guy actually looked through his used tires with me on the phone to look for the size I needed! Eureka! They had one. So for $40 I got a really good used tire AND they cleaned all of my other tires. 30 day warranty and the tire looks next-to-new. I would have given them 5 stars but I needed 2 tires and they only had one. Not their fault really, I just wish they had more inventory. We will be back! read more

do not go to this place for major repairs, I REPEAT do not go to this place for major repairs. i went to Bingo tires to have my lower ball joint replaced, the owner said they can do the job, they took 2 full days to complete the repair, once i got my car back I IMMEDIATELY experienced loud noise from my car while drive, i than drove back to the shop and the owner said he can't look at it again at that moment but wanted me to come back the next day!!! i did not, i than had PEP BOYS take a look at my car, pep boys explained to me that BINGO TIRES damaged the upper ball joint and did not reattach the heat shield. THIS COSTED ME AN EXTRA 70.00 for the upper control arm and ball joint part, 90.00 for the repairs. they did install the lower ball joint correctly but damaged other components. DO NOT GET MAJOR REPAIRS AT BINGO TIERS IT WILL COST YOU!!! read more

Worst customer service. Came in for an oil change. The only people working were in the back. I walked back to let them know I was there. Waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me. When he finally did come to help, he took my keys, drove my car around back and I assumed he was dog my oil change. 30 minutes later I look up on the security camera and see my car sitting around back in the parking lot. No one had been working on my car the entire time. Joke of a business. I guess they don't care about their customer service. Lost me as a customer and hopefully others heed this warning. read more

After my experience today somehow popping a tire of my tires on north Tryon I called in and they helped me push my car into the shop found out i needed brakes and i had broke a piece of the axel they fixed it on the spot! had the exact size tire in stock which is pretty rare used!! At the best price I've ever got my used tires ended up buying a whole set that looked like sum damn near brand new tires I from charlotte born and raised and this shop feel like North Carolina, I don't ever write reviews but I recommend this to any and everybody for tires and auto work Thank you again Bingo you're the man read more

As a woman, I hate to have to get my car worked on for fear of being taken advantage of. These guys are great! Professional but also very nice. The prices are fair and they do what they say they are going to do within a reasonable time.They also have a great program that gave me some extra time to pay my bill without any finance charges. Bunch of liars just looking for a sale. I called this place when shopping around for used tires and asked the price for 2 used tired for my car and they told me $35 each and they had them in stock. Well I couldn't make it in that day so I called again a couple days later to make sure they still had the tires. They told me yes they had 2 used tired for my car at $35 each. So I went in the next day and they said no they didn't have any used but they had new ones I could buy. I told them I only wanted used and they told me they had some that were a little bigger, I was a little hesitant but he told me they would still work. My car tire size is 190/60 he told me these tires were 195/65. Sold them to me at $49 each. Whatever at this point I needed new tires so bad and didn't know when if be able to go again so I agreed even though they had told me over the phone the tires were $35 each and their website says that as well. I get home and call my dad who has worked in cars his whole life to make sure it was okay they were a little bigger, so I go out and look at the tires. They were 215/65. He had lied to me to get me to buy them. I'm a young girl and he probably thought I didn't know any better and I would never find out. What a schemer!!! read more

I got 2 back used tires last month $40/each. Didn't drive my car for 3 weeks. Was on my way to an interview & noticed huge bubble in back passenger tire. Didn't make it there in time that day and weather prevented me from going next 2 days (hurricane). Needed to go out of town so stopped before I got on the highway. They took 1 look and said "that's a really bad tire" I said "you sold it to me 3 weeks ago. I don't have my receipt because I'm on my way out of town but when I return can you honor your warranty for 30 days & refund me?" They agreed (an additional $40). I also asked they check the other tire because I had a bad tire they sold me already. They changed the tire & "checked" the other tire & told me I was safe to travel. I got 2 states away when the back drivers tire fell off. Road side assistance came & took pictures & called a tow truck. They check all 4 tires. They determined the bolts were not screwed on at all, if any on the back 2 tires & both tires didn't seem good quality. I was stranded for 24hrs. Left the next morning after a hotel night ($115) cab ($20), roadside assistance ($50) & 2 tows (&110). Was taken to a certified auto & tire shop, they gave me full report on all my wheels, tires, bolts & I had to purchase 2 new bolts because 2 snapped off when the tire fell off (they cut me a deal...$90). They determined dry rot in the tires from Bingo Tires, 2 back wheels (not tires) damaged (estimated $100/wheel), great condition of car otherwise overall. They did notify me to get rid of the Bingo Tires immediately. When I got back, I missed their office times because of the travel. The next day was my first day of my new job, they were closed so I thought "I'll stop by on my way home because it isn't far." As I was pulling into the parking garage for work, I had a NEW flat, back passenger tire. The tire I JUST replaced before I went out of town! I stopped by the office after work with all receipts & they only would agree to give me 4 brand new tires the next day. I did not feel it was a fair deal because I had to NOW replace my wheels because of the damage BINGO caused for negligence. They refused to take responsibility or blame because they "are BBB approved & never lost a court case". They proceeded to blame my bolts for the incident & refused responsibility. That weekend I had to pay $100 for Discount Tire to put the NEW tires on my car as well pay $500 for new wheels because it was no longer safe for me to drive on the current wheels because of the extensive damage to the back 2 wheels. So kids, $80 added up to about $1200 when all said and done for a pretty arrogant company. If you want to be safe, go to a reputable place. If you need a quick fix until you can afford new tires, this is NOT the place. I give it 2 stars because they did give me 4 new tires but still refused responsibility even after I JUST left their facility TWICE and had issues BOTH times almost immediately after I left. read more

I was undecided between buying used tires or new ones. I asked Moe, the owner, to show me the used tires. I didn't esp like the used ones I saw and decided to see about new ones. Moe spend time with me in front of his computer showing me the different options and costs. The prices were good(not as good as used of course) so I decided to buy 4 new tires. At the same time I asked them to look at my brakes. They were honest and forthright and told me(and showed me) that I would need to replace them in the next few months. I went ahead and replaced the front ones anyway. The mechanic did a great job and the owner was personable and helpful. They were not pushy, trying to sell me something I didn't want. They answered my questions. Although this business is not in a prestigious area, it's definitely one of the best! I recommend! read more

I've been there and I've sent people there just to see if what he says on his websites is true and its ALL a lie. His tires aren't any good, 90% of them had uneven tread wear, went flat (keep in mind no nails were found, just punctures), they scratched the rims of every person I've sent there including mine, they patch and plug sidewalls, by far the most unsafe person to buy used tires from. He tried to sell a USED tire to someone I sent there for $95 just because the guy I sent didn't want to buy the set of rims that the tires came on. He's a horrible business man, I would NEVER suggest him to anyone I know, especially now that I have my "intel" on this guy, I plan on posting to EVERY website that has review for this business and if he tries to delete it (which a guy like him will most likely do) I'm going to repost it just so the public knows how bad this business is, I may take this to the news if I can get ahold of the right people. Charlotte needs to know that buying tires from this guy will cost you money in the long run. The ONLY thing I could say was good about this shop is the mechanic, he knows more than the owner and the other guy that works there does about anything car related and he's less than half the owners age. I found them online and decided to call to check the price and inventory of a used tire in the size i needed. I was quoted $35 for the tire over the phone. When i came in to get the tire, I was expecting the receipt amount to be $35, as per the previous conversation over the phone no less than 30 mins prior to my arrival. As I pass the guy in the office my credit card, I look and see that the receipt has a price of $54! When I asked why the tire price is higher than what was quoted to me over the phone, he had a blank stare and a mumbled response. I chose to purchase the tire, only because I had removed my tire from my car, myself , and was in a hurry to get to work. Now, I am writing this review, only 7 days later, because that same tire is flat to the ground and I have to drive all the way across town again, with the overpriced tire to endure the same aggravation.
