Oh my goodness. I had the most amazing meal, and service, here tonight. I walked in, and was able to snag a seat at the bar, which was great. The restaurant was fairly lively, with a good amount of diners, and the bar seats/seating was nicely spaced. The bartender greeted me right away, and asked my name; he then used my name the rest of the time I was sitting at the bar. He walked through the menu, some highlights, and a special featured pizza. I ordered the where is my mind cocktail - a playful version of an old fashioned with dashi washed bourbon, and a mushroom garnish, while I perused the menu. It was delicious, and a fun riff on a classic. I decided to start with the amber jack crudo - which came with puffed amaranth, black garlic, tomato dashi and green chili - this was a flavorful, fun, playful dish that I really enjoyed. For a main course, I had the Halibut. It. Was. Phenomenal. I eat quite a bit of halibut, and will note this was one of my favorite preparations of it. The alliums in buttermilk sauce, fennel and dill oil, with grape, fingerling potatoes, sun chokes, and greens/pea shoots. I honestly can't say enough about this dish - other than I completely cleaned my plate, and scoped up every last bit of sauce with my last piece of fish. I was so happy with my meal, I turned a couple of friends on to it, who went about an hour after I did, and also ordered the halibut and the duck. Honestly, I can't say enough good things not only about my meal, but also the impeccable service. Keep up the great work - I will for sure be back to try more of the menu!

What a find! I asked Helen (my affectionately named ChatGPT) what the best place to eat in Grand Junction was, and this was her top option. LURVED iiit. I sat at the bar, and the service was impeccable from the get. Friendly and knowledgeable bartenders who mixed drinks like they were performance artists--and they were gorgeous (ahem, the drinks, of course ). Got my go-to, an old fashioned, and I was a wee disappointed at first that there was no flourish of garnish. But, after my first sip, all was forgiven, as I had a big ol' bougie rock of ice and an expertly balance bevvie to soothe my soul. The burger was recommended to me, so despite how irresistible the rest of the food looked and sounded, I went with the tried and true. I had only intended to eat half of it but it was so dang good that I took one big inhale and the plate was instantly GAWN. The fries were great as well: skinny, crispy and salty. Super cute decor, buzzy vibe, and fast service. Get yer butt over there, m'kay?!

A memorable meal Everything was outstanding. Having said that, the Ribeye "Filet" was next level. The flavor and presentation were perfect. The Corn Hushpuppies were also amazing. The room is large and comfortable. The service is attentive and helpful.

The ambiance of this place is adorable, modern, and perfect for a date or a simple catch up! Vibey music and on top of that their servers are so knowledgeable and nice about all their dishes! They always check in and answer any questions you might have. Now the food... Mussels: DELICIOUS sauce with a unique smoked flavor (nduje sausage) and huge juicy mussels! Lamb tenderloin: Nice char on the outside and super tender! Their sauces are well balanced as well! Bin burger: Just ok but their truffle aioli sauce on the bun is yummy, but nothing super amazing Calabrese pizza: Interesting to say the least, it has salami, strawberry fresno, pistachio and tomatoes on it? Definitely more on the dessert side of pizzas but their crust is well tossed.

Food was wonderful! We started with the amberjack crudo which was clearly fresh but lacked flavor and a bit confused in the flavor profile it did have. The peppers were a special but it was super yum. It had a white queso and something crunchy on top. Truly was unique and delicious. The corn hush puppies were the star. So light and airy and the honey ricotta was to die for. The lamb tenderloin was cooked to perfection and was a saucy paradise. Service was top notch, no complaints. Ambience is adorable inside and they have a small front patio. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner. My only callout was I happened to mention we were splitting a dish and they charged us $6 to split it. I get it, it made it prettier with two plates and we had more of the side portions per person but we had no need to pay for extra. That's why we split it, to have less. No biggie but definitely something we should be informed of before being charged.

The highlight of our visit to Grand Junction. There was a big baseball event so most restaurants didn't have any reservations available. By chance we decided to walk over from hotel and ask if they could squeeze us in. Luckily, we only had to wait 10 minutes and was granted the best table in the restaurant. The first table next to the front door is great for people and kitchen watching. Fun cocktails. I had the Kick Push which was a fancy spicy margarita. It included blanco and mescal tequilas. The cucumber counterbalanced the chili. For starters, we tried the mussels. The sauce was the best part and if any was left, would have requested a to-go box. It was that good. We ordered more bread in order to eat as much as we could. We both ordered the burger. Perfect burger and worth the price. The garlic aioli added nice garlic flavor to the meal and nice for dipping the skinny fries. We ordered a wine without checking out the price. The server recommended a nice Pinot Noir. He was right, it was the perfect wine paring. Fun stopping place that does a nice job of using seasonal foods. Will go back next time we're in town.

It's months later, and I still remember this meal.I was in the area for a conference, so some coworkers and I planned on coming here while there. There were about six of us, so we were on the plan to get as many things to share, but also, get our own food. I started the night with the Hijos Del Sol, which is a clarified cocktail. It was super smooth and not spicy since it only had the Szechuan peppercorns on top. I had at least two of those. For starters, we got the sunchoke hushpuppies and the chicken liver mousse. The mouse was super smooth and had a nice salty-sweet flavor to it. I think the hushuppies were my favorite of the two. The breading had a nice crunch to it and was complemented by the smoothness of the whipped cotija, beautiful. For my main course, I chose the cured duck...GET THIS!!! I'm usually not a big fan of duck, but man, I still talk about this to this day. The skin was crispy, and it wasn't overcooked. The vegetables also worked well with the duck and weren't competing with each other. We finished with dessert with the lime-cured tart, the Momofuku pie, and the chocolate pretzel pie. If you're a big fan of desserts, get the pretzel pie and the Momofuku pie, use the leftover caramel and taste it with the Momofuku pie, you're welcome. We were one of the last tables to leave, but the staff was super accommodating throughout the whole experience, and were super helpful with recommending items. Even the next day, a couple of us went back to try the happy hour, and the smoked hamachi dip was so good. If I am ever in Grand Junction again, I'm coming back.

We stumbled upon this place and WOW WHAT A FIND! Amazingly creative and WELL EXECUTED food! Super nice, knowledgeable, and passionate waiter. Sitting on patio and people watching is never bad!!!

    Holstein Ribeye

Service and ambiance of the place was exceptional however the food was more disappointing than I expected. Friend ordered the bin burger and mentioned it was very salty and I ordered the ribeye. For a $55 steak I expect it to cut like butter, not move my whole plate when I cut into it. Steak was very chewy and felt like worse quality than the one I get at Texas Roadhouse. Aesthetically appealing place but as far as food and drinks go, overrated. PLUS $9 for bread and "house made butter" is absolutely criminal.

Excellent meal - this is definitely a special restaurant that deserves its accolades. Dined with a group of friends here in Grand Junction for a conference. Attentive and knowledgeable service. A strong wine list with many Colorado options, in keeping with the local food focus. Shared a couple of the excellent appetizers. For the main course our group pretty much divided in half between the duck and the halibut. Also shared two of the desserts for the table. Nothing disappointed. (Nice art on the walls too!)

Elephant Plum Tart (with a side of sweet corn ice cream). Incredible.

They had plenty of outside area (a patio with seating and some open space where you can enjoy a drink while waiting to find a seat somewhere) which was perfect for me because I got a cocktail and Togo food. Lots of people had raved about the Massaman katsu curry so I had to try it! It did not disappoint! At first I was disappointed to see how full the bowl was but the amount was PLENTY! I was stuffed after a few corn and about half the curry plate. I am so happy I tried this place out! Will definitely be trying it again when I'm back in town!

I also really appreciated that they had hard kombucha on tap, which was a unique and welcome option for me. I spent most of my time out on the outdoor patio, which is very nice and was filled with lots of people hanging out, making for a really lively and fun environment. However, my biggest complaint about this place was that the food was pretty bad; while I understand that it's primarily just a brewery, I was still quite disappointed by the quality, especially since the menu items were not cheap. Come for the beers, skip the food and same yourself some dough figuratively and literally.
