When I brought them the vehicle they took it and never said anything was going to be different. After a week I called to see the progress and was told they were still waiting on parts and that it could be there for another two weeks. I guess I'm confused why someone didn't tell me they didn't have the parts to fix my vehicle when I brought it in for the repair appointment. We could have rescheduled or I could have taken it to a different shop. The bill is over $7,000 and I'm just blown away that for that amount of money they can't preform very basic business practices. I understand that they wanted the big payday but that shouldn't come at the expense of my time. I will NEVER bring a vehicle here again. I will actively tell the people I meet and know not to ever come to this shop.

All 3 times I had Yach's Body Shop do the repairs. They are awesome. All of the people that work there are so friendly and they explain everything that will take place. It was crazy expensive, as all body work is these days. But that's what insurance is for. These days it seems that replacing a damaged body part is more cost effective than trying to fix it. But that's just how things are. It has nothing to do with their shop; it's just a fact of life. Sticker shock is real. With that said, Gerber was great. They told me what they would do, and they did it. My insurance covered the cost of a rental car, thank goodness! Gerber was lovely. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. My car looked great when they were done. And they also provided some assistance with pickup/drop off of my rental. They were polite, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout. KUDOS!

Gerber received the check, cashed the check and no services have been done! Due to the fact that my car would be in the shop for a good week and no loaner vehicle provided, I chose to go elsewhere. Weeks have passed and every employee there keeps telling me a new lie about the refund! My car is currently being worked on at a different location and now I need to pay out of pocket for an issue that should never have taken place! Simoniz has given Gerber permission to issue refund to myself. Highly suggest looking somewhere else for repair work. Previously this business was ABRA and reputation was wonderful! This is NOT the same business. Reading reviews, after the fact, this has happened to previous customers. Receiving a check, cashing a check and not receiving services is theft and this business needs to be held accountable and future consumers warned.
