Neat pub with a decent selection of beer (and wine and cocktails). They're happy to let you hold up and read or study. The food was what you'd expect from a pub and the servers will help you but I wouldn't call them friendly. Only had beer but if the food is as good as the beer this is an awesome place to experience. Their IPAs are excellent and I'm snobby when it comes to beer. Ok, a second trip back and I had a Reuben sandwich (big, and I like to eat) upgraded the fries to onion rings, which were awesome too. Great beers! Cody has some competition brewing on the brewing scene! Pat O'Hara's isn't especially an Irish brewing company. They did have stouts, but they also had a lot of easier drinking, lighter beers. Their beers are all pretty standard beers, not doing anything too crazy or wild (or expensive!) The beers were all very reasonably priced, especially for them doing such a great job pouring them with the proper glassware and foam head. They did offer other beers from other breweries across Wyoming and Montana, some of whom had some more imaginative sours or cross over beers. The staff was busy, but happy to pour beers! They offer beer flights, and some merch. I got a sticker! It seems that this brewery is in an old garage, right off the main street, next door to a Texas BBQ place! Yehaw! I was happy to see that Pat O'Hara was sponsoring the beer at the Highland Games at the rodeo center in town! read more

The reuben was pretty rad! The corned beef in it was not the cheap deli-style slices. Rather, it was a thicker, flakier cut. Very generous with the cheese. Also, the fries are the kind with the skins on. Kinda like Wendy's but better. We came here because of the grain bowls on the menu cuz we needed more than just more meat and fries and token salads. My husband had a Greek salad and said it was one of the best he's ever had. My grain bowl was filling and good (could have had a bit dressing/sauce to liven it up). The beer flight was a bargain and a buy at only $7! Good beer. Friendly and attentive service. We both had salads. Mine was the steak salad, which was plenty of meat for me, but might be a a little bit too late for some guys. Tried a eel from Tensleep and a sour from grand Teton brewery. Both were a little party but I enjoyed them. My companion had a Greek salad with steak. She also liked her salad. The server was very attentive and seemed busy so they might be a little shorthanded. The only thing we commented was the feng shui of the place was a little lacking. It was very nice outside and they had the garage door open but the whole center of the small dining area is the brewing tanks and I thought the background music was not the best so that's why we give a four instead of five read more

I dined at Pat O'Hara's for lunch a little while ago and I want to share my experience. The owner, Norfleet, displayed extreme hostility (hatred) towards me from the moment I arrived. She ignored my friendly greeting and later berated/yelled at me for politely inquiring about the status of my meal after 30 minutes of ordering. Her hostile behavior escalated even when I tried to defuse the situation. I came in for lunch and got served a plate of hatred from the owner for no apparent reason. Other patrons around me got very uncomfortable with her attitude and said to me she was completely out of line. I contacted her a week after this occurred, and asked her why she behaved in such a derogatory manner. She never apologized, and said people are not perfect and effectively conveyed to me this is how you get treated at Pat O'Hara's unless she knows you. In retrospect, I should have gotten up and left. Her response was utterly inadequate. There was no semblance of an apology for her wholly unacceptable behavior. Her flimsy excuse of human imperfection falls pathetically short; her treatment of me was nothing short of abysmal. All I can assume is that she hates people she does not know. She treated me like something you flush down the toilet. I have never been treated with such hostility/hatred from anyone especially anyone in the hospitality business. To be quite frank, it is astonishing that she is still in business. I can only surmise that such reprehensible behavior is her modus operandi. I also noticed hygiene issues in the restaurant with an abundance of flies. My meal was terrible, and I even suspect it might have been negatively tampered with due to the hostile atmosphere. Norfleet actually brought my meal to me and dropped it in front of me with a loud thud and sneered at me. In summary, if you're looking for an establishment where the owner treats you with respect, I would caution against Pat O'Hara's. Norfleet's behavior left a lasting negative impression on my visit. If you want to be treated like a piece of crap and be served a plate of hate, make sure you ask for the owner to help you. Her name is Norfleet. read more

Staff was attentive and friendly, not all of them wore masks. Ordered a chicken sandwich, unfortunately, we discovered the chicken was only halfway cooked (still raw in the middle), brought it to our waitress's attention, she informed the manager and we were comped for the sandwich and the flight of beer (and still charged for the other entree and a side item). I feel that was fair. However, the Manager never came by and checked on us, instead just sent the waitress to deal with the situation. The Irish Sandwich was mediocre, corned beef was bland. Mac n cheese was so so. Prices were on the high side for the food offering and ambiance (it's your run-of-the-mill brewery pub & grill). 2 stars because our waitress was friendly and check on us often, but that's about the only positive I have. read more

Stopped in for a couple beers. Tried out the Du Nut Brown, turns out it was a cherry flavored Nut brown. I was not a fan, the bartender kindly swapped it for a different beer since there was no descriptions for the beers. I switched to the dunkle and that was delicious. Tried out the white bean spinach dip. If you are looking for a cold cumin flavored white bean dip, this is for you. It was served with hot naan bread, which was delicious but odd that it was super hot and the dip was cold. Overall good but better descriptions for beer and accurate food descriptions would go a long way. read more

Service was extremely slow. Took 15 minutes just to get a drink order and menus. Ordered a Cesar salad without croutons and said I was a celiac. 45 minutes later the food was delivered by someone from the kitchen. My salad was full of croutons and my husbands burger was over cooked even after he asked for it medium. I picked out the croutons and placed them on my napkin. The owner never came back to see if everything was to our liking. Finally I asked for another napkin. She looked at the croutons and never said a word. When the second owner took our plates, she never asked how everything was and just looked at the croutons. We won't go back which is sad. This pub serves good local brewed beer and Irish favorites, some with a twist. The beer menu consists of both local brewery's and the beer that they brew there. The service was good and the staff friendly. As for the food, they have the traditional favorites such as Shepard's pie, fish & chips, and bangers with mash. Other items not usually on an Irish pub menu are chicken piccata, Philly cheese steak, bacon wrapped shrimp, pulled pork sandwiches, and several salads. I had the Irish sandwich. It is corned beef topped with an apple cider cole slaw and provolone cheese on a soft roll with 1000 island dressing. One of the best sandwiches i've eaten. Came with a side of delicious cole slaw. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese which was also very good. They have an appetizer called Irish egg rolls, which are similar to the sandwich. The beer I had was their "attitude adjustment" amber. Very tasty. You can see the vats used to brew the beer behind the bar and near the back of the restaurant. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. They are closed on Mon and Tues. I came here for my 21st birthday with my friends and this restaurant was highly recommended by some of the locals we ran into. It's such an amazing concept with it being owned by women (I'm pretty sure the first and/or only brewery owned by women in Wyoming), because I love supporting woman and especially supporting local businesses to where I'm traveling. Now, it's been a few months since I've been (I went in August of 2024 and I'm writing this in February of 2025), but it truly was a spectacular experience. The service was great, our server was attentive and took care of us. The whole environment of the restaurant is great, although the table we sat at was next to the bar and the walk way seemed a little too crowded with the table and bar right there. They had great garage doors that were open and a good a very nice lively atmosphere. BUT, the food was not the best. I had the chicken on pasta which was delicious, but the chicken was dryer than the desert. The drinks were great! My first (legal) drink was the raspberry mule and it was DELICIOUS! It's now my go to at any bar. The food is the only thing holding this rating from five stars, and I hope it's better the next time I go to Cody because I definitely will be back! read more

My friend's extra spicy margarita with a sugar rim was just as she ordered, while I enjoyed one of their own brewed beers. Our meals were both delicious!! Get the cheese sticks! So while we were hanging out around town awaiting the shoot out (yes this is a thing). We stopped into O'Hara for a couple of drinks and what not while wasting time. While service was good, our server was hard to understand. I may be a bit bias bc I tend to have a southern accent and have a hard time understanding just about anyone else. Terrific quick dinner. We had two different beers( a stout and a brown), both delicious! Shared a reuben sandwich (very tasty, good balance of ingredients), homemade onion rings (excellent) and the appetizer "burnt ends"(yummy well-sauced pork morsels) The brewery is in an industrial building, airy, and attractive. NOT KID FRIENDLY. The sign said no kids under 21 inside and to seat yourself. We had three kids so we sat them down at an empty table and went to see what we needed to do to order. Another customer cut infront of us to tell the bartender they were waiting for an hour for our table. The bartender went over and told our kids to get up and that we needed to put our name on a list before being seated. The bartender/ hostess was rude to my kids so much they thought they were in trouble. If they could make up their mind on how they wanted to seat their customers and weren't rude there wouldn't of been a problem and maybe we would of stayed. read more

Took my 9 year old daughter here for a special night out. For some reason we weren't "allowed" to sit at a table for 6 in the corner, but we were "allowed" to sit at a table for six right next to it. Food was unremarkable. The woman who served us was less than pleasant and less than grateful for our business. When we asked for dessert she stated "we aren't serving dessert" and walked off.
