Very nice and professional upon drop off but very rude at pick up (the elderly woman). Here are 2 tales of my last 2 visits to Sun Brite Clearners: - 3 weeks ago, I dropped off a suit and paid a little extra to have in done in 2 days, no problem. When I went to pick up my suit they could not find it. While inconvenient for me, not a big issue. It took about 20 minutes but two young men worked together and did find my suit for me. The problem is that someone took it upon themselves to re-sew the jacket buttons on. I have no idea why, I did not request or mention anything about the buttons. When they did this they moved the buttons and the suit did not fit and the crease lines didn't lay right anymore. I had to have a tailor cut the buttons off and fix the jacket. This was quite bothersome. - This week I dropped off my Pea Coat. When I went to pick it up the elderly woman could not find it. I gave her my full name and the ticket number. She was very rude and kept telling me " I don't see it. I don't know what to tell you ". I waited over 20 minutes while she took other customers and continued to look. I noticed she kept passing the first letter of my last name on the clothes rack. I spoke up a number of times but she ignored me and muttered at me. After the last time I saw "O" coming, I said loudly just stop the rack and look under O! She did and there it was! There was my pea coat. This was such a rude and frustrating experience that I will never use Sun Brite again.

I wanted to specifically talk about their leather cleaning services. I took this vintage suede rancher coat t them to have dry cleaned because when I thrifted it the coat was very dingy and stained. Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!
