Very nice and professional upon drop off but very rude at pick up (the elderly woman). Here are 2 tales of my last 2 visits to Sun Brite Clearners: - 3 weeks ago, I dropped off a suit and paid a little extra to have in done in 2 days, no problem. When I went to pick up my suit they could not find it. While inconvenient for me, not a big issue. It took about 20 minutes but two young men worked together and did find my suit for me. The problem is that someone took it upon themselves to re-sew the jacket buttons on. I have no idea why, I did not request or mention anything about the buttons. When they did this they moved the buttons and the suit did not fit and the crease lines didn't lay right anymore. I had to have a tailor cut the buttons off and fix the jacket. This was quite bothersome. - This week I dropped off my Pea Coat. When I went to pick it up the elderly woman could not find it. I gave her my full name and the ticket number. She was very rude and kept telling me " I don't see it. I don't know what to tell you ". I waited over 20 minutes while she took other customers and continued to look. I noticed she kept passing the first letter of my last name on the clothes rack. I spoke up a number of times but she ignored me and muttered at me. After the last time I saw "O" coming, I said loudly just stop the rack and look under O! She did and there it was! There was my pea coat. This was such a rude and frustrating experience that I will never use Sun Brite again.

I went to pick it up on Wednesday 6/10/2026 and when we got it home we noticed it had two wholes in the bust of the dress and it had shrunken. The next day my daughter returned and explained the issues. They first denied any wrong doing and explained they presses and steamed the dress. We showed the tag which said hang dry and don't use heat. The kept the dress for repair to pick up the next day and we reminded them do not press or use heat. When we return we stated it was not pressed and the reply was that it was pressed as they presses everything. We informed them the dress can not take heat and we ask for it not to be presses. She sated this was not communicated and it was. Now the dress is to small, in fact small than the day before. I've basically paid for a strap on a dress that can't be worn. No apology, no refund and I have to replace a $130 dress which will cost more because I have to drive around to find a replacement in a week.
