    Veal & Chicken Parm
    Joseph V.

Had a great lunch outing with my Bride. Seated immediately, loved that they had a wide range of music playing softly. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive to all our needs, & answered all questions we had. Along with always having a drink there when we reached for it. We shared a rice ball w/meat & mozz stix as appetizers, & enjoyed Chicken Parm & a Veal Parm as our meal. Everything was OUTSTANDING!!! Along with being large portioned. (Not complaining) Ofcourse we couldn't finish everything, so we took it home for dinner along with a slice Fiammas triple chocolate cake. We enjoyed the entire outing & will be back. As Usual.

We placed a large catering order from Fiamma Italian Grill on September 14th for our daughter's 2nd birthday party. The food overall tasted great, but we had a very concerning and upsetting incident with the baked ziti. That evening, my sister served the baked ziti to my three-year-old nephew, and he was cut by something in the food. I asked her to send me photos immediately so I could notify the restaurant. On Monday, my nephew began complaining of stomach pain and was sent home from daycare. After consulting with his pediatrician, he was referred to the ER as a precaution and had to undergo an X-ray. Thankfully, no metal was detected. I reached out to the owners by email the same day. When I didn't hear back, I called on Wednesday, September 17th, and spoke with the owner. He was apologetic and admitted that they use wired cleaning sponges in their kitchen, stating that "once or twice a year, pieces end up in the food" and that it was "the beast of the industry." He offered to refund the baked ziti. I declined that offer and instead requested a full refund, given the seriousness of what happened: my nephew's injury, my sister missing work, and the fact that we had to discard all leftover food. I summarized this in an email, expressing that as a loyal customer, I hoped we could reach a fair resolution. I heard nothing further, so I called again on Saturday, September 20th. This time, the owner told me his lawyer had advised him not to respond and denied what he had previously admitted. I explained that I had been calm and respectful throughout and had deliberately avoided social media. He accused me of threatening him and said it could be considered defamation of character. This encounter got heated. The following Monday, his lawyer contacted me directly. We went back and forth until he suggested refunding half the order. Reluctantly, I agreed. He asked me to text over the receipt, which I did, but then said he would need to talk to the owner about next steps and would be sending a settlement agreement for my sister and me to sign. I made it clear we would not be signing anything, especially if it contained a NDA, but I told him to send it over and I would ask a colleague to review. He said nothing after that. Followed up Tuesday. No response. It is now Friday the 26th. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I once recommended this restaurant highly, but after this ordeal, the lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism, I can no longer do so.

Make sure to have a reservation because it gets packed easily especially during the weekend. Honestly, the best Italian food in Lehigh Valley. From the free garlic bread to the pasta, it was delectable! Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the crab stuffed mushrooms. Service is great and casual ambiance.

Creative hearty Italian dishes that are unlike anything else in the area. Had the Brooklyn chicken Paramus which was done with a vodka sauce and garnished with pepperoni. The lasagna is delicious and stuffed with meat and cheeses.

I came here with a big group of friends for a celebration. It was very cozy and crowded place - I take this as a sign that the food is good. However, I will say that I was a little sad because there were no pre-meal bread served to our tables. I got the pork chops and they were good. The serving size is incredible & I'm pretty sure I was able to get 2 more meals out of my leftovers. What shined here was the tiramisu. WOW. I have no words - other than that I wish I could eat it every day. It was impeccable (and trust me, I've made my own tiramisu before too). Would HIGHLY recommend coming here. Don't leave without trying the tiramisu!

Warm rolls with olive oil and fresh garlic were amazing. And we enjoyed them with Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Drinks are part of a great meal. I tried Limoncello Mule and brother enjoyed Tropical Italian drink with Bolognese entree. Fiamma makes amazing tomato sauce, which was served with the huge meatball dish. Ricotta cheese in this meal was also very good. Waiter we had that day was attentive and awesome. On another day we tried blackened scallops. Tomato, onion and squash stew on spaghetti meal was very good. Scallopini with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes and demi-glaze brown sauce made fresh in the kitchen was a good meal. On first trip to Fiamma, Lollipop Lamb Chops with arugula was very good.

    Meatball

I don't know how I missed reviewing this gem! Foods always consistently excellent - get the meatball! You will fight your family for the left overs. The service is impeccable, value is incredible and honestly I can't find one less than stellar thing to comment on to make this more balanced - they are amazing and if you haven't gone, you're missing out!

I have been following this restaurant on Facebook forever! I live in NJ and went to Wind Creek for my mom's bday today so I thought it was the perfect time to try it. WOW!!!!! Absolutely delicious.

Came back from Italy a while ago and craving for some Italian food but wasn't as good as Olive Garden. Very pricey for the traditional meatball so the appetizer was ok in my opinion.

All the staffs were extremely courteous and attentive. We ordered the Lomo Saltado and asked for yellow rice. The beef chunks were cut to perfection as we prefer this slicing rather than thinly sliced as you seen elsewhere. It had the right amount of marinated taste, accompanied by tomatoes, onions, and fries. Additionally, it had the perfect salt seasoning without overpowering. We also got the half Peruvian chicken with beans, salad and rice. Here too, we opted for yellow rice with no extra charge..which earned our applause. As we got to the place right when they'd opened, they did mention it will take about 1/2 hour for the chicken which we didn't mind one bit as you must appreciate the freshness. Once served, the chicken was absolutely moist and tender and didn't feel like we had to fight hard with the utensils with slicing. For appetizer, we shared maduros sweet plaintain and that too hit the spot. If you pay in cash, there is a minor discount which is a nice option. All in all, amazing food, fabulous decor and cleanliness, and awesome staffs. A very high recommend and we will be back.

But what makes this place stand apart is the staff. When I tell you the bartenders and servers here have seen me at my best, and far below my worst - the latter seemed to be more frequent there for a while. And through all of life's ups and downs, it remained a constant, a beacon of light(house) in an otherwise dark time. The employees and even other regulars have truly become extended family - I've seen the staff and patrons rally to support a number of fundraising efforts for their own community. Ryan, Kari, Takia, Devon, John to name a few - the people that text to make sure your day got better, that tell you that you're in their prayers for whatever reason, or to let you know that your favorite special is on the daily blackboard rotation! To put it in next-level perspective, I brought my dog's ashes into the bar after picking them up so I could enjoy one last Bloody Mary with my pup -who always loved to crunch on the "celery bones" I would bring home. There are few other guarantees in life besides death, taxes, and at least one member of my family holding court at the Marblehead bar on a Sunday. My parents don't even eat seafood, that's how much they love it here - luckily the menu is abundant with alternative options - they both swear by the prime rib! This review is far overdue considering how long we've made this a mainstay with our family, friends, neighbors and colleagues - but I'm astounded by seeing something so horrifically negative, and borderline libelous, posted here - by someone whose entire review portfolio is fellow one-star ratings. If you're on the fence, come on a Sunday, the crowd is friendly and the jokes aplenty!

She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.
