Spent $70 on food we couldn't eat! Made both Cheese Steaks Wrong! Took an Hour to deliver. Called and Manager (female) was so rude & nasty and said she could Just Send Missing Toppings to us. This spot used to be Waterloo Pizza and Subs but it recently change ownership. The food still is very good and it's my go to spot when I want a sub while I am at work. Me and my lunch bunch will always get the lunch specials that come with fries and a can soda. They carry Pepsi products so no coke or sprite. The food is always consistent. I prefer their bread to a lot of other places because it's always been fresh and soft. Today I ordered in person, but they have the ability to take orders online or over the phone. My food was ready in about 15 minutes. It smelled delicious. The food was still warm when I got back to work. Be aware that they do charge a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions. Placed my first order online for a cheesesteak with provolone. Order was supposed to be ready by 6:52 and got my order at 7:07. May not seem like a big deal, but when your lunch break is limited, it makes a huge difference. Once I got back to work, the cheesesteak was topped with American cheese. I'm sorry, but that's a big taste difference. I tried to "chat" and see if there was a way to correct. I was answered on my chat and told to wait and see what they could do. 15 minutes later, no response on chat. The old bay fries were delicious and would definitely order again. This is supposed to be a ham stromboli. It is basically pizza dough stuffed with ricotta cheese (and I mean overloaded) and some ham. It is possibly the worst stromboli I have ever eaten. When I called asking for something to be done about the order, I was told that everything was hot when it arrived (it wasn't), that I waited too long to call to complain, and that if I wanted my food to arrive in a timely manner, I shouldn't order from them online. When I asked about a refund, I was told they would only refund me if they could come pick up all of the food (the fried pickles and crab fries were soggy, sitting in a pool of cold grease, beyond gross, and immediately thrown in the trash).
