Hi I just wanted to leave a reveiw , we had a server named aliah who greeted us like family. She walked up to the table with a great smile ready to take my family and I's order. She was quick and great , our orders were 100% accurate so cutos to the Kitchen staff as well. she repeated the order asked how our night was going and we even were able to feel comfortable enough to tell her about a few things. I haven't been to Carrabba's for at least eight years. My gf wanted to have lunch here so I said why not. All I could think of at the time was that good bread. Dipped in that oil. Always delicious! Now they had something a little different on the menu and I was intrigued. The wait staff confirmed that it was an excellent choice because she had it before. So I said yes let's try it. So glad that I did. It was the Calabrian chicken skewers. The flavor was so good. It came over top of some focaccia bread. It was a good choice and It definitely did not disappoint. They seated us in a booth so we were very comfortable. The restroom area was clean. That's always a good thing. I would love to come back and try their new Expresso Martini. Loved the ingredients. Also to check out happy Hour. I didn't get a chance to drink on this visit. Only the iced tea but the next visit it is on. No issues with parking. read more

Me and my wife finally decided to try this place after living in Maryland almost 10 years. We always wrote if off as an Italian chain restaurant and if you been to 1 you been to them all. Had the Rigatoni with chicken, wife had the chicken trio. Both came with salads, a little frozen on the bottom lettuce pieces but the house dressing is good. Really slow on the service but nice wait staff. Couldn't eat it all. The Rigatoni was awesome as was the trio. Well worth the wait. Good job at Carrabas tonight. The food was delicious. The calamari was one of the best we have had. The bread and oil mixture were amazing, so good! All of the pasta dishes we ordered were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We went here in a Friday night and we were able to get seated immediately. There is a large parking lot, so it was easy to park. We ordered mozzarella sticks and the breading on them was seasoned really well. We ordered the shrimp appetizer and it was also seasoned well. When we went there was a deal where you could order a meal and get another one for $10 to carry out as long as equals to or less than the dine-in meal. I ordered the trio platter and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food that we received. The only thing that was just ok to me was the spinach; it was rather bland. We ordered the almond Italian cookie cake and that was probably one of the best desserts I've ever had. It was really moist, flavorful, and very large. I would go back for this cake alone. read more

Tonight we ate at Carrabba's for the first time in a very long time, to celebrate our son's birthday. We were a party of 7 with three children. Our server, Michael D, made it the best dining experience that we've had in some time. He could not have been more attentive, accommodating, kind, or generous - service like that is a breath of fresh air. The food was fast and delicious, and we bought into the $10 entree to take home deal, which was just a steal - we're so happy to have some delicious food in our fridge ahead of the snowstorm. I had the most wonderful birthday dinner here with my family. Thank you so much to Chris who was an excellent server (and such a cutie!), for taking care of us. I had the filet and shrimp toscana pasta which was great. The table started off with delicious bread with olive oil and oregano. We all had my favorite soup ever: sausage and lentil soup! We ordered delicious calamari which came with a marinara sauce and a white lemon butter sauce. My family had the spaghetti and meatballs, sirloin with mashed potatoes and pollo Rosa Maria which were all so good! I also had a Sangria-Rita which was great. Carrabba's is so underrated in my option I have eaten Carrabba's twice this year but im going back before the end of the year , this location has good parking , when i went on a Saturday afternoon my party of 2 had no wait , i had a Sangria-Rita it was very good and strong , and a shrimp Caesar salad the shrimp was well seasoned and cooked perfectly , and a side of the calabrian wings i like the grilled wings they had better. my waitress was very attentive and patient this is a good location. read more

I remember coming here as a child and loving their wings. Man, what a surprise I had when I came back years later and they just didn't hit the same. I decided to try the chicken marsala, sauce was mid honestly. I wished it was better since I was craving mushrooms. The pomegranate martini is delicious. I get one every time I come here. Happy hour is from 4-7 try for yourself. The cannoli cake for two is so good. This is my 4th one. This chain of restaurants has been either wonderful (Gaitherburg) or terrible (Bowie) over the years. Yesterday, we returned to the Pasadena one, only to discover a complete change in menu since our last visit not that long ago. They have added an inexpensive lunch trio menu, among others. The 3 of us ordered from this new lunch menu. 2 of us ordered the "minestrone soup". OMG, what a horrible mess of vegetables swimming in fat globules. It was tasteless except for the unmistakeable taste and look of fat. We couldn't eat it at all. We all ordered the caesar salad, which is always very good. Both my husband and daughter liked their 3rd choice: a steak marsala sandwich and a mushroom and sausage dish. The waitress, who was very kind and understanding, offered to bring me a replacement for the soup, but I was no longer hungry. Instead, I suggested a dessert. She said she would check with the manager, who was on the phone. Each time the waitress came by, she would apologize that "she is still on the phone". Finally, the waitress decided to take command as she saw we were ready to leave. I was feeling guilty since the desserts cost as much as or more than the entire lunch trio, but the waitress said not to worry, and brought us a take-out portion of Tiramisu. I am sorry to report that both my husband and I found that dessert overly heavy and lardy and unlike the light and lovely taste we were expecting. Carrabba's is going down. I know what the pandemic and everything else a lot of restaurants are suffering. I would think the wine dinner wouldn't suffer as much but with the new management's lack of professionalism and knowledge of customer base, I'm looking for another establishment or location to host our monthly wine dinners. It's hard to explain to someone who hasn't been to a minor before how it used to be compared to now. I often find myself informing my participants what notes they could pick up from the different wines and how it paired with each course. It started out as a joke with me reading the menu and then it became sad because the last line event I went to I asked my server about the wine and she wasn't hesitant to tell me she had no clue and it was her first night there. Prior wine dinners, there was someone who informed us about the wines and why they were chosen with each course. Now, you get the glass of wine with your course and no knowledge. They don't tell you what wine it is, describe notes, tannins, or any distinctive characteristics of the different wines. The new manager doesn't seem like she cares much to do the small amount of research or obtain the knowledge to run this location. I picked up on that early last year when I had returned. read more

We havent been here in awhile so decided to try again. Maybe it's a one off but we went and the food was very mediocre. We got the calamari app to share and it was odd like it had been cooked a few days before and reheated. It was warm and the breading felt a little undercooked, had no taste and the calamari inside was very dry and felt overcooked very weird. The Ricardo sauce which is usually pretty good but now reminds me of bottled cream dressings with that weird greasy taste. I ordered the linguine florentine. Being florentine I expected alot of spinach, however not so much and what was in there you could tell some of it was slimy and brown before it was cooked. This dish was also tasteless and had a weird greasy feel to it. I didnt even get past a few bites. I finally had my spouse taste it because im thinking something was wrong with me, but he agreed. He got the chicken caeser salad and he said it wasnt bad. The sausage and lentil soup was great as always though. I'm not sure who's designing their menus but honestly grilled poundcake with balsamic reduction and fruit. If that's your thing go for it, but I can think of alot more appetizing italian summer desserts. I am rating it 2 stars because the soup was good. But I'm getting tired of spending alot of money for mediocre food. If I want mediocre food I'll cook that at home for far cheaper. read more

This was the second luncheon I arranged at the Pasadena Carrabbas when in town visiting my Mom. The first one, October 2024 went so well with our party of 10, I decided to try it again. This time we had Katie, a friendly, perky and eager to please server that delivered. I had no idea that Carrabas was this good! Normally I would order pasta at an Italian restaurant but when I seen the seasonal short rib Marsala, I knew I had to try it! I was not disappointed. The meat was tender and easy to just eat with a fork. It was falling off of the bone. The gravy with the mashed potatoes, chef's kiss to this dish. It's been 2 days and I'm thinking about door dashing this meal lol. My daughter had the shrimp Alfredo fettuccine and really enjoyed it! She loves Alfredo so I'm glad she enjoyed her dish as well. She was raving about how good the shrimp were. We started off with the calamari. It wasn't a hit unfortunately. The pieces were super small and the taste didn't compliment the other dishes that we loved. However, the white sauce that came with the calamari was soooo good! I was even eating the sauce with my bread. The portions for all the meals were big! I left full with half my entree to take home. I love being able to do that. The service was good. Our server was polite and good. No mishaps. Hurry up and try the short rib Marsala before they take it off the menu. It's a seasonal item! read more

I am actually giving this place 2.5 but Yelp does not allow for half stars. Let's start with the pros. Looks nice, and looks clean. Cons: the smell in this restaurant was odd it's was as if you can smell the dishwasher and it was really in pleasant. The food was meh as if no seasoning was out on it. The service was meh as well, our waitress legit had to be flagged down and she walked past us twice :/ Why does the hostess have AirPods in his ear? I go to Carrabba's definitely every month with 7 of my girlfriends for the Wine Dinner and let me tell you this is a phenomenal value and the food is top notch. The girls who take care of us (Amber & Ariana) to name a few are the best as is the Manager Ana! You should try it you won't be disappointed and they even give out door prizes such as bottles of wine and free wine dinners for the next month and other assorted goodies. My husband and I stopped in for dinner last week (we hadn;t been there in awhile) His Chicken Parmesan that he ordered was very good however, I am gluten intolerant and I ordered the linguine Positano with gluten free pasta with Shrimp. My shrimp came back overcooked and dried out and the pasta, gluten free was bowtie pasta WAY UNDERCOOKED not even close to al dente and the dish was sooooo oversalted, I could not eat it. One of the most positive thing out of this experience was a waiter by the name of Mike D (I had to get his name) as he was so terrific. He made sure our glasses were filled, kept coming back to check on us and called the manager over who got me some sauteed shrimp rather than the dried out grilled shrimp that came with the dish. Overall, Mike deserves 5 stars for how he takes care of the customer. One last thought I have is, (why would you serve bow tie pasta when you advertise Linguine...it doesn't cost anymore to serve gluten free spaghetti vs. bowtie pasta...it's the little things that make a difference. My husband and I came here on Memorial Day for a quick bite to eat. Russell was our server/bartender, and he was wonderful. Mixed drinks were spot on too. Nice Italian chain restaurant. Much like Bonefish Grill which they are related to, they keep a small menu which allows them to focus on quality. Seasonal specials round out their regular offerings and provide tbe variety they need. This location has always provided great food and service every time I have been. Some of the wait staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food portions are not large, but are always high quality, satisfying, and filling. They do provide complimentary fresh bread, and we often get full just eating that so we have leftovers to go. Definitely recommend giving this place a try! Carrabba's is clean and cozy, and I love their music playlist. The establishment is usually quiet and peaceful, and in my opinion, the perfect place for a date. My husband and I have been to this location a few times now, and we've never been disappointed. The food is amazing, the menu is easy to read, and the prices are both affordable and realistic. The staff are all friendly and attentive, and our server was patient and sweet, even though I'm sure it was nearing the end of her shift. This Carrabba's location has always been consistent, having good food, and decent service. Food always is served in a timely manner and has good flavor. Last two visits however, the service has been somewhat below expectations. Once we felt very rushed(it was a Tuesday night, restaurant was empty). Last visit, the waiter did not want to attend to getting us drinks and failed to offer us bread or parmesan cheese without us asking several times. I ordered online a couple weeks back for curbside pick up. I ordered soups and salad which came with bread. I loved how the oil and spices for the bread were individually packaged in packets. I never saw that before. Definitely convenient. I really enjoyed the minestrone soup although my husband didn't care for it that much. The salad with the house dressing was fresh and delicious. Carrabba's and staff - especially our server Kyla - did a wonderful job for our group of 14 this past Saturday for Mother's Day. All the food came out quickly and was well flavored! Update: I decided to try it again because I love Carrabas in other states. I paid 18 bucks for a grilled shrimp salad. It was 5 small shrimp and a salad half the size of my wife's side salad. It was shrimp, lettuce, carrots, red cabbage and dressing. I feel so scammed. My wife's bolognase is 98% noodles 2% sauce. After 4 bites it is just noodles all the way down. The profit margins here have got to be insane. The order was placed online and had a bunch of weird extra comments on it that we didnt put in, like extra meat sauce and no onions (the extra meat sauce would have been great!). We got the text our order was ready and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to "get the order ready". This place just sucks, not Carrabas as a whole, just this place. read more
