I pulled up and it was bright out , I never met this man nor have i ever seen him n I swear Angel's started singing and it was like a blinding light came on wen he walked out to greet me , I was stuck on stupid n couldnt get any words out correctly . It was embarrassing to say the least. He asked me if I was ok, smh! I explained to Randy I work at a garage but I need to make sure the car will make it my shop with out making the problem worse. He put it on the computer told me it's only a sensor issue and it will make it with no problem. I think I shook my head so I wouldnt say anything else stupid (he knows what I mean , hence you have 5 lift's) he said I was good to go and I left. LIZ went through all of my items in my thing in my glove box. I come from a family that knows cars and this place is as unprofessional as it comes. STAY AWAY. Other reviews from people as well as online confirm. Ron read your own reviews think its time for the wife to retire as the front desk person. "His wife who is/was the office person, has the personality of a doorknob! Never returned my calls and gave no credible updates on what was up with my vehicle. I really do feel sorry for Ron on this note, though not for his lack of mechanical abilities. They are both good at what I would say is robbing you of your money though" .....COULDNT AGREE MORE!!!!!!!!!
