First- the tech who completed the work failed to put togeather the break hose correct resulting near failure of new breaks. Second, I learned today that the person who last removed the tires - tech who completed the break service did such poor job to strip my tires lugs so it resulted need to replace lugs and stud. I sincerely hope this tech no longer works as a mechanic and consider job in something that requires less brain power.

I stopped by for a quote, and from the start, J.T. was very transparent with us and told us that pricing would depend on how perfect we wanted the damage to look after the fix. He gave us a very fair price for an intermediate fix, which we decided to go with. Later on, we got a phone call that the fix was quicker than they thought, and they were knocking the price down even further. It's hard to come by this kind of honesty. Recently took our car for an oil change to the west Chester location where we had been taking our…read morecars for quite some time. This time it was different though. The technicians recommended that we replace a part as it was leaking fluid all over the engine, for a cost of over $1400. They also suggested various other repairs. When we got back home there was definitely oil dripping from the car. After four days we decided to get a second opinion from our dealer. They said the recent oil change was not done properly with the filter not being inserted correctly and there was a lot of oil spill everywhere. They cleaned up all the oil and checked everything and advised us that the car was in perfect condition and not leaking any fluids. Will not go back to this Firestone location anymore.
