Thumbs Down! I would NEVER HIRE these people from Pat's Tree Service in West Roxbury. They were very inconsiderate. They would not listen. A mess was left behind. Added: Ha, Karen Mulligan from Pat's Tree Service just called me. She was upset because I left the review above. I told her that I asked them to move the truck up ( yes there was plenty of room) so that the trash and yard waste folks could see & take my 18 bags of leaves & trash. I had to ask them 4 times. Karen told me that it's a public street and they can park anywhere they want. I replied so much for being considerate. She hung up on me. She was extremely inconsiderate & unprofessional. As long as everything goes in their favor all is great. As soon as you hold them accountable for a situation gone wrong, they turn into junk yard dogs & take no responsibility for their actions. A reputable business would never treat folks in this fashion, imo. read more

Eddie and his team did a bunch of tree work at my house in Walpole. This included a full tree removal, scaling back branches above my house, cutting down some privacy trees that grew out of control and trimming an ornamental tree in my front yard. The guys showed up on time and were extremely professional. I was expecting them to just stump the full tree that was removed but they grinded it down fully. They left my yard cleaner than they found it and even took down some vines that has carried over too a tree they weren't servicing. The price was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend. read more

We bought our house a little over a year ago and have been saving to clean up the trees and brush left by the previous owner, who seemingly ignored the property for years. Pat's Tree Service was recommended to us by some folks in a local Fairfield County Facebook Group. Pat himself came out to our property and gave us a thorough estimate and even pointed out some problems that other bidders didn't, such as the fact that one tree was dying and the other was covered in poison ivy! He is clearly an expert in his field and has a great vision for how to handle any sort of tree or landscaping issue, and we were excited to accept his proposal, which was the most cost efficient we received. Pat and his team worked over the course of two days. Other than our property looking 110% better after they completed the job, you would have never known a crew was there: they cleaned up literally any trace of debris and left everything in our yard in tip top shape. Pat did an excellent job walking my husband and I through the whole project and ensuring we were happy with the results, which was nice considering we are first-time home owners and all of this sort of work is new to us. We've already asked him to come back out and give us more estimates on additional projects, so it goes without saying, but my husband and I would recommend Pat's Tree Service to anyone looking for an exceptional team.
