Pagosa baking company has an absolutely dazzling array of rotating cakes, pastries, croissants, pies and tarts. From the crème brûlée tart (8$) to the chocolate cream pie minis (6$) to the amazing croissant breakfast sandwiches (5.75$) and cookies of all kinds (1-3.50$) we have been coming here for our sweet treats for months and they are literally batting 1.000% THEY DO NOT MISS.
