We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.

They told me to just do a walk in. So on the day I finally have time to drive all the way to the bay area this happens: Business says it opens at 10:30am. The door is locked and no one answers the phone. Finally someone arrives at 11:20am only to turn me away.
