Patterson Heating and Air is the best. Friday night (7-15-22) around 9:30pm our a/c started blowing warm air instead of cool air. There was nothing we could do at that time, so my husband (whom is terminally ill) and I had to struggle through the hot night until the next morning when we called Joe. Within an hour Matt arrived at our home and found the problem and fixed it so that we now have a cool house again during this heat wave. Matt spent several hours here going above and beyond making sure that our unit was in good working condition before he left. I can not say enough good things about this company and I will definitely call them in the future for any of my a/c or heating issues and I will recommend them to my friends. I have an old air conditioning system in my home that just gave out in the middle of the summer when it was hitting the high 90's and low 100's. I called Joe on a cold windy day and scheduled an appointment with him; Joe kept his appointment as agreed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He manage to repair my heater rather quickly. Once the problem was identified, he quickly repaired the damage and went out of his way to identify what possibly could be a future problem and made additional repairs aside from what he quoted me. Called Affordable heating and air. Wanted to charge $450 for recharging my coolant in my condenser. Then told me I had a leak (no duh) said there is nothing he could do. Charged me $50 for the service call. I could not write this check fast enough and sent him on his way. He suck! Call around and found Patterson heating and Air. Joe is awesome.
