We got the Trenton style tomato pan pizza. Delicious robust sauce, high quality cheese, and perfect crust. I devoured this! While their pizza is the main star of the show, they also knock it out of the park with their other menu items. They have items here that you won't find at a regular pizzeria. The chicken vodka sandwich was oozing with delight. Their homemade vodka sauce was creamy and complimented the chicken cutlet and fresh cheese. And yes, they use pizza bread for the sandwich! I was purely in carb heaven! Their wings are insanely fresh, and they serve theirs grilled, which is a welcomed bonus. Makes for a healthy dinner option. We got the mikes hot honey wings and they had just the right amount of juice and kick! The Italian eggrolls were a treat. I never see these at pizzerias, so this was definitely a unique offering. This is the perfect appetizer to snack on or cater for an event. It really had that perfect crunch. And if you're still not impressed, just wait until you try the smash burgers! The boomin onion burger was bursting with flavor, crispy, juicy, and addictive. One bite and you're hooked. Whether you're near or far, Pan Pizza is totally worth the trip. Small, clean interior and friendly staff. Great family owned business, amazing specials, very fair prices, and serious eats, this is what makes it such a top tier Jersey pizza spot!

Here, you will find the pizzeria of Ramtown Plaza, and indeed of Ramtown, NJ…read more Brand: 5/5 Corsi's Pizza definitely evokes that old-fashioned pizzeria look on the inside while also evolving its brand over time. I can clearly envision the interior have the same look 30+ years ago when it was first founded. I do like how the logo has been updated on the brochure with the bold, cursive font and the rolling pin as the establishment's symbol. Indeed, the brochures themselves reflect Corsi's Pizza perfectly in terms of the aesthetics. The exterior is as noticeable as the interior, for you cannot miss it in Ramtown Plaza. Website: 3/5 It had the pretty standard template that Slice provides. Most of the menu items did not have their images on there. I would also come to find that one of the menu items I tried to order in person was not available. The website had the solid red color as the thematic color. Wait Time: 5/5 I experienced no interruptions or delays when awaiting my order. Ambiance: 5/5 The establishment has a decent vibe, with the Christmas music playing over the radio and the Christmas decorations let you know that the establishment keeps itself seasonally aware. The tables had space evenly apart and having enough space. I never felt out of place while eating within the pizzeria. There were two games playing in the background, though none of them had an obnoxious noise to them. Food: 5/5 I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, which had the buffalo chicken, bleu cheese, lettuce, and tomato underneath a wrap, all of which were well-cooked. It manages to have that distinct buffalo spice taste, while also complementing it well with the bleu cheese that provides the warm texture. It held its form until the very last bites. Service: 5/5 When ordering the Corsi's Wrap, the owner patiently let me know that it was not available. The staff served my meal without any issues or interruptions. Worth The Money?: 4/5 I will say that the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and the other menu items from the pizzas to the strombolis to the paninis, perfectly represent Corsi's Pizza for its Italian cuisine. The website provides a large catalog of these types of meals, ensuring that a lot of choices present themselves to you. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap perfectly fit within the ambiance of the upbeat pizzeria, and the service got the order completely right, for the wait time was appropriate enough for the preparation. I personally recommend updating the website to include more images and to remove any menu items no longer available, at least at every quarterly. The greatest highlight of the establishment has to be the ambiance pertaining to the brand, since its interior does not need any further changes, since it works within itself. The website does the establishment justice at a bare minimum. The ambiance itself did not trouble me while waiting for my order, and nothing about the ambiance bothered me throughout my meal. The service exemplifies the ambiance, since it looks they take care of it. With its large menu selection, I would definitely say that I would consider Corsi's Pizza a second choice, and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap was worth the price just slightly. Rating: 5/5 Stars I have hope that Corsi's Pizza will continue to maintain its relevance in Ramtown. Recommend To... Anyone looking for a pizzeria with an old-fashioned look. I also recommend Corsi's Pizza to anyone looking for a pizzeria with a large menu selection.
