Key lime cheesecake, blueberry honey, and Oreo
Sarah M.

DONT SKIP THIS BOOTH!!! These are AMAZING! we loved these little bite size cheesecakes for the perfect little dessert after a meal at the food hall. We tried the key lime pie, blueberry honey, and Oreo cheesecake. All 3 were SO GOOD! We ate every bite.

The best cheese cakes I've had! I always stop by when I'm the Foundry. Service is always friendly and knowledgeable. The cheesecakes are sweet but not too sweet and I love the options.

Cheesecake heaven !!!! Love the colors and brightness of this area. Plenty of cheesecake options . I decided on the cinnamon crumb . Pricey but delicious. Staff were friendly! Will try another flavor if I'm in the area again

No slice of cheesecake (especially this small) is worth $10. However, It was good. No complaints on the taste.

Selection of cheesecake petites or by the slice

I love a good cheesecake so had to try Patty's Cheesecake at the Foundry in StL. They have a lot of unique flavors which appears to change regularly, offering something new every time. However, the prices are a little steep at $4.25 for a petite (3 bites) and $9.50 for a slice. Unfortunately, they were out of forks so I had to ask other vendors. The display case was missing some flavors so I asked if they had any in back to which they did. Glad I asked but every available option should be on display and replenished until sold out.

What's not to love about mini cheesecakes!!? We have stopped by a few times to try their mini cheesecakes and needless to say I haven't tried one I haven't liked yet! I wasn't too sure about the sweet potato pie one but it may be one of my favorites! The original is always good and the cranberry white chocolate was equally yummy!! They also have slices but I like the petites so I can try different ones. Great place!

Was pretty solid. Only got to try the banana pudding cheesecake. It was flavorful, tasty, and I liked the crust as well. I like the setting and the food options. Great destination to take the lady and enjoy some food.

Apple pie cheesecake

I love this place because of Patty herself! I met her the other day and you can tell she loves her place with her whole heart and takes the time to think about these desserts. Minis are my favorite if I don't want a full slice but when I do wanna full slice, I want the Oreo centered slice or the apple pie cheesecake I enjoyed. It's closer to the back of the Foundry so just walk back there and enjoy! Next time I want to try the Apple Pie Ala Mode.

If you like authentic cheesecake, I'd recommend! Even two of us who don't like cheesecake loved it and wanted a bigger piece. The small ones are pretty small. But the regular slices are decent for the price! I had original and I'd get again anytime I'm in St. Louis. Great location too! Free parking. Nice place to hang out

Funfetti

Wowza! This was a really nice cheesecake spot. We got the funfetti cheesecake slice and it was absolutely amazing! I'm not a big cheesecake fan, but this was the best cheesecake I've ever had. The texture was perfect and the flavor was unbelievable!! Great spot for a sweet tooth!

Awesome spot at the City Foundry! Tons of mini cheesecake options and lots of full slice options as well. Prices are decent and the people are so sweet. They have drinks to buy as well. The Oreo/cookies and cream mini cheesecake is delicious! You can't go wrong with any flavor here though. Great spot!

brownie cheesecake sandwich
Olivia N.

went to the foundry on a chill wednesday night! i got the brownie cheesecake sandwich and my roomie got the strawberry cheesecake! i was bummed to see there wasn't many chocolate options for slices, but they did offer it in the petites. reasonable priced they were about $8 each. similar to cheesecake factory. nice employee and good service (:

Wherever you eat your main meal at in, The City Foundry, be sure to leave room for dessert. Then when you are ready for dessert, head over to Patty's Cheesecakes. When I arrived at The City Foundry, I quickly cruised all the food booths to see my options for lunch and once I saw Patty's, I knew I needed to leave room for dessert. Some of my favorite flavors for dessert are; birthday/wedding cake and funfetti. Seeing this huge slice of Funfetti, I was sold. It was perfectly creamy and not overly sweet. I am thrilled that there's a local baker showing STL that not all cheesecakes are like those mass produced cakes at the restaurant located in area malls. Yes, I said local. Did you know, Patty's is a local, black and woman owned business? Well I am here to tell you, that it is. Besides being delicious cheesecakes, that gives you three more reasons to support this independent baker.

Roast Beef, horseradish aioli, white cheddar, red onion on a poppy seed challah, oh my. On this day, they had something on the sweet side that caught my eye, a blueberry cream cheese Danish. I am always drawn to blueberry so I couldn't pass it up. I am not much of a sweet eater, hence the Roast Beef sandwich love but every once in a while, there is a sweet treat that I really love and this was one of those times! It was sweet, flaky, and delicious! I had a taste in the car and would have had another 1/4 after the sandwich but I ate the whole thing, I just couldn't stop. I hope they do and hope they don't have this more often!

The display cases are filled with works of art, that taste delicious. The staff is cheerful, friendly and all of them dressed in uniforms gives a feeling of professionalism. I enjoyed a Smoked Ham and Gruyere Croissant and a black coffee in house. I was to have a seat at the counter in their front window and relax while my dogs were at the doggie spa up the street. The croissant was super-super flakey and the smoked ham paired beautifully with the gruyere cheese. I couldn't come to NRB and not take home a couple of sweet treats. My favorite treat was the Raspberry Lemon Financier. It was so good the next morning with my home brewed coffee. Then that evening I enjoyed a Lemon Cake whose name I cannot recall. It exceeded moistness and the strong lemon flavor was just what I like. In addition to my treats, I got a Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie for my fur-babies pet stylist as part of her tip. My only dislike and it's minor, is that they serve Kaldi's Coffee. I'm glad they are supporting another local small business, but I am not a fan of their product. Typically when I know a cafe serves Kaldi's, I pass on the coffee, but I made an exception here.

The moment you step into Diana's, you're wrapped in the warm, sweet aroma of a traditional panadería -- fresh breads, sugar-topped pastries, and that unmistakable feeling that everything here is made con amor. The pastry cases are a celebration of color and flavor -- pillowy conchas, golden empanadas, trays of vibrant pan dulce, and fresh breads like bolillos and telera rolls that practically beg to come home with you. Every bite feels authentic, comforting, and joyful -- the kind of baking that carries tradition in every crumb. The conchas are especially spectacular -- soft, lightly sweet, with that perfect sugary shell. Pair one with a cup of coffee and suddenly the whole morning feels like a little fiesta. I especially love popping in and picking up fresh bread for Sunday brunch. There's something about bringing home warm bolillos or sweet pastries that instantly turns brunch into a celebration. Honestly, if you judged it by the outside, you might drive right past it. There is one parking spot in front, and then a run down parking lot behind and to the side. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was back in my childhood. The lime green decor, the dark bakery display cases filled with buns, and the small plates of food inside reminded me of the Cantonese bakeries I grew up going to. They also had ready to go meals wrapped up to take home. We bought a bunch of things to try. We had the beef cheung fun, siu mai, BBQ pork baos, sesame balls, egg custard tarts, and one of my favorites, the giant round sponge cake. Everything was fresh and really tasty. The roast pork looked delicious too, with nice crispy skin. The biggest surprise for me was seeing lo po beng (Old Wife Cake). We can hardly ever find it on the East Coast, so whenever we do, we always buy some for my mom. Seeing it here made me so happy. I live in the Metro D.C. area, where we have some really good Cantonese bakeries, so I wasn't expecting much from this tiny place. But honestly, Wei Hong Bakery could definitely give many of the bakeries back home a run for their money. Don't let the outside fool you. If you're looking for authentic Cantonese bakery items in St. Louis, this little bakery is absolutely worth a visit. It brought back so many childhood memories, and I'd definitely stop again the next time I'm in town.
