She totally followed the detailed schedule I had provided and Victoria sent me multiple daily updates, along with pictures of my two puppies. In addition, to caring for my Goldens, Victoria cared for my home as if it was hers, with great care and respect. We didn't realize we needed to bring dog food when we dropped off Abigail but Theresa was flexible with providing it. Usually, with the boarding we have done with Altavista and Petsmart, we wouldn't need dog food but at least now we know next time. Theresa also had other dogs there and when we picked up Abigail, we noticed how much calmer our dog was. I think it did her a world of good to play with the other dogs. Given the reasonable prices, we would definitely use this pet sitting service for overnight and doggie day care. She also takes credit cards which is convenient!

While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. The toys are made from natural fibers so you can feel safe when your baby chews on them, unlike some of the imported toys. Be sure to check these out and support a local business. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. Our family can leave our beloved dogs and cats at home, knowing they are in great hands.
