I went to a new dentist and I was able to see the difference in cleanliness and service. Secondly, I was recommended to do a dental procedure that would have costed about 5k dollars and I was told I had problems with my teeth, that I actually didn't. The new dentist I went to took X-rays and told me my teeth were fine and there was no problems, and no reason to do any procedures. Just a warning that this dental office may recommend unnecesary procedures that you don't need, and you should get a 2nd opinion somewhere else before you get a procedure/operation done here.

Today I just left their office after coming in on a day that they are normally closed. I was having an issue with a temporary getting ready for a crown and when I called instead of them saying sorry we're closed today, come in tomorrow, the lovely receptionist simply said I will contact the doctor and I will get back to you. Within 10 minutes I received a text msg. for me to come in today at 1:30. The issue is resolved and the discomfort is gone. I made a claim with my dental insurer and they ruled in my favor and reimbursed me. I understand that a medical provider is entitled to make a living, but not at the expense of a patient's trust.

He uses this light technology and convinced me that some natural grooves on my tooth were tooth decay and rudely answered that he knew better when I asked how he knew that wasn't just natural tooth texture. I came back for fillings and even his assistant looked confused when we were drilling as he overexplained the "cavities". I got skeptical and the dentist refused to show me the X-rays after he did the fillings. The next time I came he tried to convince me on getting more cavities filled but I did my research and pushed back and said I only wanted it filled if certain characteristics showed up in the X-ray only, and not his light tech. He also lied about nanohydroxyapatite toothpaste being able to fill carries when I asked. He just wants your money. I have 11 fillings over seeing this scamming dentist over the course of 3-4 years that I probably didn't need. Awful experience. Don't go here.

From the moment we walked in, the office was incredibly clean and very kid-friendly. They even have video games in the waiting room, which immediately made my son feel more comfortable. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind, assisting me with my insurance and making everything easy and stress-free. Dr. Romero had to remove one of my son's molars, and he was very nervous.
