Afterwards, I was told that I probably needed a route canal, He made another appointment to come back to him. I have bad anxiety, so requested that he call in a prescription for me to get through the procedure. He said he would. The next day I called the pharmacy, He never called in the prescription. I was charged $385.00 for x-rays that properly won't be taken (used) by another dentist. He's disgusting and a liar. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Im not going to read the reply from Mr. Chapplle. His record of my medical history is outdated. He's office staff didn't even give me the opportunity to update my Health History from 4/8/2024. My appointment was on 2/25/2026! Another visit on March 3, 2026, I cancelled. Furthermore, one of his office staff should have given me a new health form to update my information from two years ago. Still covering up his own faults. Lastly, his office staff had my new cell number. No one from his office couldn't update me on any changes. He did go over instructions for a ride to and from his office. No matter the procedure. i cant make a comment concerning his post. i cant comment on something that not true. I have all the text messages. Nothing in none of texts messages notated Maryland guidelines.

Yesterday was my first visit to this Black-owned establishment. My previous dentist is retiring…read moreearly and has pretty much checked out, so we need a new dentist. My appointment was for 11am, I arrived a few minutes early to get through the paperwork. Moments after completing it, I was called to the back where they took x-rays and then got me settled in a room. Dr. Martin is the primary dentist and he's got decades of experience - practiced in D.C. for about 15 years before he opened his current practice and location 8 years ago. I found him to be professional but also friendly and personable. The office staff are polite and efficient as they explained to me how the appointments are held and what I owed after insurance coverage. All in all, it was a pleasant experience; I was out of there 1 hour and 15 minutes after I walked in, got x-rays and a cleaning - now that's what I'm looking for, fast and professional. One of my pet peeves is having an appointment somewhere, showing up and having to wait extra time before I get in the back, then waiting more time to be seen. I'll be back.

Finished my first time patient paperwork and was in the back by 11:30. X-Rays were done and the Dr went over what he saw and answering my dumb questions.
