After I paid and provided proof of payment from my previous visit, I was told the billing department would be contacted to resolve the issue. Since then, I have sent eight follow-up requests to customer service and have not received a single response since the beginning of April. It is very frustrating that communication and support seem to end once the patient's appointment is over. I truly hope this office improves its customer service and billing follow-up process, because the quality of dental care itself has been great.

Thankfully they did! Right away they brought me back to do some x-rays and to see what was causing the pain so sudden. They had me in and out within 10 minutes and that was with doing paperwork as well! I had to schedule for a Saturday due to starting a new job and school and they were able to and rather quickly for a dental office. They gave me ehat I needed to calm my nerves for the procedure and called and even checked in with me. I was so calm and relieved after I left. I wasn't there anymore than 40 minutes from the time I walked in ans the time I walked out. DR Ton and his team are wonderful! What i really love is they offer payment plans as well! They put the incorrect billing codes for the procedure and taxpayer-id for the provider and then required me to pay the difference to continue receiving treatment. Of course once they got payment they did absolutely nothing to help. How hard is it to find the correct numbers and then send the corrected claim? I know insurance is a pain too, but there have been over a dozen claims with no incident and they have been clear that a corrected form would resolve the issue.

I have never met such kind, capable people…read more I'm a mom of 3. 2 kiddos are neurotypical and my oldest is special needs. We struggled with our insurance with finding a good provider that understands kids with developmental disabilities and challenges with hygiene, anxiety with visits and options for care. The waiting room is fun and kid friendly with shows for the kids and video games and comic book heroes visiting the dentist too. Dr. Gookin was recommended to me by moms with autistic children or those with genetic disorders. The way he tried to help my oldest even though we have to seek care from a dentist that deals with grown up teeth was so great. To get a baseline of what could help. My other two, we're absolutely terrified of another provider and my youngest was the hardest. The way they offered to have them see the office beforehand and say hi to the practice was so nice. It's so hard to find a provider that all the kids mesh with. I cannot recommend these folks enough. They took such good care of my little guys and made everything from referrals and new patient set up to post op recovery so easy for us. If you have kids that need a decent amount of work.
