I found Paul Denni trying to google information about GC Services - a debt collector for unpaid traffic violation fees. I happened upon his website that advised NOT to pay GC Services as he is able to clear FTP's (failure to pay), FTA's (failure to appear), or lessen the severity of the fines of any traffic related court issue as long as you did not pay GC services in full. He was very clear on the scope of his services and the steps involved. Timeline was a little iffy and took longer than anticipated, BUT to be fair, a lot of the timing is in the hands of the Court's administration and depends on when they update their system.
