Interesting story. Went into the shop today wanting to order some custom rings for my wife. We've been there a few times looking and such. Well Today I walked in ready to make a purchase with cash. The blonde lady was not very helpful and tried to push me off. I wanted to look at a ring in the display case as I wanted to purchase 3 rings total. I feel I was profiled and stereotyped because I just came from the gym in athletic clothes. As I was pretty much pushed away I pulled out a large amount of cash and will be taking my business elsewhere. In this day and age I was unaware that small businesses can pick and choose who they serve. I'll take my business to a place who will treat me like a customer should be treated! Lesson learned. We came to this establishment to have some gems authorized and get paperwork for them. We had taken prior to two different jewelry places that yes they were real diamonds, but they could not give us paperwork so they sent us to this company we get to this company and a gentleman says yes they are diamonds and then the lady who is the next Brianna says yes they are diamonds so we leave it with them so they can get the paperwork done for us. They are so friendly every time you visit their store and they are also able to repair jewelry on site too. I took two rings to be resized and they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. The sizing is done with an external vendor but it was all pretty fast (like a week or so). While I was in the shop I took a look around and they've got a large variety of pretty, reasonably priced merchandise. If I had one constructive suggestion it would be for them to upgrade the shopping experience on their website as I can spend hours looking at jewelry online (unfortunately!)...but never feel super comfortable bothering people in a shop. read more

She was very knowledgeable at what she does.
