I got her and told her to "have a nice day" because I'm not sure why I was treated with so much disrespect from her, she wasn't even the one helping me with my transaction, Helen (the new employee who is always great) was. However, Helen had a question/clarification in regards to my transaction and she went to her coworker for some assistance. This lady, her is DEVIN, comes up explaining that I can't do my transaction because xyz ( I won't get into detail) but she continued on to say that they aren't liable especially since they informed me about a policy. I COMPLETELY understand the policy. I have been a Navy Federal member for 6+ years now, you would think I would understand protocols and policies. She was just very nasty going back and forth with me about stating I couldn't do such transaction even I've always done it and there were no issues. I am disgusted and disappointed in this branch. What it is, is more work for the customer. There should be a rating of zero stars, because I had to go in person, to pay my bill.
