At first, I didn't think it was too bad, but then I failed the Uber inspection (and I couldn't work ) and then I noticed some other things wrong, like the headlights were off and out of line, and the air conditioning didn't work, something that I didn't realize was wrong because it was cold outside. So we got three quotes from different places, one of them was Bob's collision. The two others were cheaper, it's true, but Bob's was the most detailed. They thought of everything. They thought of lightbulbs, they thought about how far back the radiator got pushed, they thought about the air conditioner, and they thought about all the sensors. They didn't just think about how the front of the car would look. We chose Bob's collision because we knew they would do the best job, and they did. Jim gave me an estimate a few months ago for additional minor repairs along with a complete paint job. When it came time to do the work, Jim then increased the price dramatically. He then promised to raise the vehicle on a lift when it was in the shop to give me a more accurate estimate. That new estimate never happened as Jim said parts were not available. I checked online as soon as I returned home and found several sources for parts. I also asked for an alignment while my vehicle was in the shop. Jim told me that someone crawled underneath the car and said it did not need an alignment. That is not how you check alignment. Really, If the vehicle pulls to the left or right then it is alignment related. The vehicle was never raised on a hoist nor put on an alignment rack. I let Burton Heights Auto Body repair my vehicle and was not satisfied with the service, nor the deceit and unkept promises. I have referred many people to this establishment in the past making the company many thousands of dollars. That does not include the thousands that I have spent. Yet, when I had to go through the process all Jim cared about was the insurance check and not making the customer happy by meeting the requirements and promises that he made to me. Deceit is not good business... NO MORE REFFERALS!

Please do not get your tires here or even any estimates done by them! They charge for everything!…read moreAt one time, we were okay with them because they were cheaper! We didn't realize we were truly jeopardizing quality for less money until we bought 2 gently used tires for $35 each! It came to $74 for both tires after taxes! I know it seems cheap which it is but when one tire totally is non usable after a little over 3 weeks, you do the math! It is actually more cost effective if we had gone to a "Real" auto repair place to get tires that can handle the road for more than a few weeks than getting these cheap ones every month or if we are lucky every couple months! We usually are okay with tires we get from them but we realize how they are now! They can't back up their products! I know they are used but it should last more than a month even or we should get another one of the same! We did pay something! And we found out just who they are when we needed help from them! I have a theory, anyone can be nice to my face when I am doing something for them, supporting them which we have done on and off for years but if when we needed help from them which we did, they left us hanging! We ended up stuck in the middle of nowhere when if we had limped it over to them and they helped us out, we would have been okay until for maybe another month or couple of months, who knows, and maybe they had just given us a defective tire! We needed help and when it came down to it, they only had heart when we were helping them out! So, like I said, please be smart and save your money!
