I pointed out an area that I wanted it installed with the understanding they would adjust as needed once they could lay it out in the attic. On the first day I noticed a wire running across the opening for the lift which would prevent using the lift. They were able to correct that but then mounted the hardware incorrectly which prevented the lift from retracting into the opening. They blamed the motors but there was no problem with them at all. I had to remove and reinstall the mounting hardware in order to allow the lift to go all the way into the attic. I asked for some of the $3500 I paid back but was told no. I will not use their services again.

I would not recommend Mr. Handyman to anyone. They are a ripoff. Buyer beware. The charge $175 an hour and they perform the work as slow as possible in order to charge you more money. Pitiful excuse for a business.
