They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.

They showed me pictures of the work they did to the interior of my HVAC system in the difference is tremendous. The professionalism was beyond most service companies I have done work with. They offered a few additional services, which I felt were completely worth the price they were charging, so I had them also clean my dryer duct. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I will recommend them to everyone and I look forward to using them again in the future, not only at my home but at my business.

Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. The first company spent (wasted) almost 3 hours at the house then dropped a ridiculous quote on us. I honestly felt like they were trying to sell us a time share with their hard sell tactics and buddy/buddy attitude towards us. The second company was better. The rep was here for around two hours and wasn't as obnoxious as the ones from the first company. The prices were better but still pretty high for what we were having done. Napier's was our third quote. My wife and I were around 10 min late meeting the rep at our house. While waiting for us, he went up on the roof, checked everything out, measured everything out, and had the quote ready. He spent maybe 15 minutes going through everything and the quote was around $4k less than the next cheapest quote we'd received. We appreciated his no nonsense, no BS approach and signed on the spot! The new roof was installed the following week while we were at work & we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They did a fantastic job on both install and cleanup. My neighbor even commented on how impressed she was that they came into her yard to clean up, too! If you're looking for a no nonsense, honest company for a roof, do yourself a favor and contact Napier's first.
