Not only is Phillip Gapp extremely professional, he is is a wealth of knowledge- fifty years under…read morehis belt. Beyond that- in my estimation- he truely cares about his clients. He spent hours with me, of his own time, helping to resolve an issue of incinerating toxins just thirty feet from all of my windows. The "canary in the coalmine" was the cat- she was first to fall ill. Then, both my immediate neighbor, John, and myself. I am not sure if the burning was accelerating progressively, or if the symptoms compounded. But, soon after I bacame very sick. Initially, I thought that we may all have covid, including the feline. Then, first, my doctor diagnosed me with environmental allergies. Afterwards, Dr. Rudolfo, Poison Control, stated his prognosis as Hydrocarbon Poisoning, with possible Chemical Pneumonitis. The second, would have to be confirmed with a chest x-ray. Meanwhile, John was missing work due to ailment. Phil guided me along the way on how to resolve the matter. Again, on his own time. Eventually, the Fire Inspector extinguished the operation. We are all still in recovery. I have tore out my carpeting, because I felt nauseous in my home while the windows are sealed. However, this continues. But, to a lesser extent. I am concerned about the winter; because I crawled up in the attic, and the insulation is dusted with soot. The cat's appetie has waned- hopefully will improve. I am not exaggerating that this was perhaps the hardest month of my life- physically, psychologically, and spiritually (to remain level-headed). I do not recommend this company. They inspected my Condo and claimed there is mold in the basement…read more Any competent inspector would know the marks on my floor Joyce was not mold. The sale of Condo was canceled due to this incompetence.
