These potatoes were homemade from scratch potatoes, and this I know for sure, because no matter how hard you try, there are always small lumps in even the smoothest of mashed potatoes. Milo's mashed potatoes are not even close to being instant. They are perfect. These potatoes will make you so happy, because of their creaminess and the perfectly seasoned gravy to match.
