On the surface this place looks great. But the reality is the management is awful and treat people terrible. I've seen many people 86'ed for no reason at all. The management make up some reason and refuse to tell the person it relates to, but spread it all around the bar. I know for a fact that they spread lies about 1 person and probably more. It's not right and someone really needs to stop them. The owner's daughter has not only spread lies about a friend of mine but she spread nasty lies that have ruined her reputation. The worst part is that she would go up to her friends and tell her that she did horrible things that we have evidence were not true. But they never gave her a chance to defend herself of prove them wrong. They have their own agenda and shouldn't be allowed to operate a business. Beware if you decide to hang out there. Not only will they judge you but they will make things up and try to ruin you. How's that for the cost of a beer? read more

Nice place to come with friends to play pool or darts. Inside it's clean and the staff are welcoming. The drinks are rather cheap, they have a good choice of beer. But keep in mind that the bar doesn't take credit cards. read more

There was a couple that saw my struggle to get a drink and they offered to buy me a drink which was so sweet. Get this: in the middle of a full bar waiting for drinks, this bartender stops everything, to spray into the air over the garnishes and drinks - an awful smelling tropical spray. And of course, never saw them wash their hands afterwards. It would require them to roll up their long sleeves. Like it was so obvious Prince didn't like the alternative crowd and really didn't want to be at work. It did feel a bit discriminatory but maybe not? We will never know. Bar back was more attentive and kinder than the bartender. I wondered if this person thought I was someone else that perhaps wronged them somehow? I have only seen this person working here and they're pretty mid of a bartender. I work in a restaurant too and it was very unpleasant to finish a 10 hour day of work to come here and be treated like this. I like Skinny's but if I saw this bartender working again, I would skip a drink, say hi to my friends and probably leave. It makes me upset to know this person was acting like this to me and my friends who actually put on the events there bringing people in to make this establishment money. I hope this bartender has had a better day since then. If you don't like goths, don't work the goth night.
