Place has such terrible service. Bought 4 expensive low profile nitto tires and when the tires finally came out it was some low end Chinese brand. The gentleman tried to convince me that those were the tires I purchased when they clearly weren't. After arguing back and forth for 20 minutes they finally admitted I was right. After this nonsense one of the workers proceeded to put my car on the lift and damaged my car on the lift. The side skirts were coming off and the guy was too busy talking to a coworker to notice. I had to tell him to stop. The guy had the nerve to tell me that my car was like that already. Such crappy service. Better off going somewhere else.......actually anywhere else. read more

Very good prices. Friendly staff. Good quality service at a reasonable time. I've been here 2x and it's been really awesome dealing with them because not only did they sold and installed tires for my car, they also did mechanical work, which to be honest with you, I had gotten an estimate for the same job they did, and it would have been a lot more expensive $$$$! Wow! What a great price Carlos and Ian gave me for a Set of BRAND TIRES for my Mom for Christmas. I had my mom's tires installed, the car aligned using the most modern up todate equipment. Adriana made sure every service I had was perfect. Adriana also recommended I get Nitrogen in my mom's tires which makes the ride so much smoother since my mom is older she doesn't like a bumpy ride. To top everything off I met Liliana (what a beautiful girl) She guaranteed my mom would be very happy with such a smooth ride! Liliana made sure I was completely happy with all of the services. Bought 2 new tires from here one 1 of them kept having low tire pressure I came back three times and they have yet to replace it as they promised. Definitely not recommended. This place is awful a waste of time and money. They did the bait and switch on me quoting me Good year eagle tires and when I'm about to sign the bill it said good year assurance which are crap. I bought the good year eagle at a premium just because I wanted to get this over with it was holiday season I didn't feel like going anywhere else . Got them installed when I'm driving on the highway my car is shaking went back they balanced my tires I noticed they only did the front when I asked due to my tire balancing ignorance they said only the front tires are necessary. When on the highway the same exact shaking . I went to a different tire shop and payed for tire balancing on four tires and drove great after that. This place is a dedicated tire shop and from sale to installation they screwed up , I hope they don't start doing oil changes. read more

Saw the sign on the Palmetto and decided to give this place a try. I had heard some pretty good things from friends and I decided to come over after my tires on my Nissan Rogue we're starting to lose some traction. Went there midday on a Wednesday and was attended to immediately. I originally came looking for used tires, which they had a remarkably huge inventory of, but after checking out some of the prices on new tires, I settled on a pair of Nexen tires that we're cheaper than everywhere else that I called. Roger, one of the tire specialists there, walked me through all the tire options they had (and they had A LOT), and even though they had some great deals on some of the better tires, the Nexens were perfect for my budget. In order to get to service, you have to drive around the building and to the back. At service I just parked my car and waited in their waiting room. The entire process to mount and balance my tires and align my car took less than hour and I was out in no time! Great experience overall and will definitely be back. read more

Today I sent my husband to get 4 new tires to my car. I specifically as for the tires I had used for the last 4 years. After, they sold me another tires, I came back and asked to get the one I asked before since the one they sold me were not working the way I want. They changed them but, they charged me more than what they told me by phone the day before. They did not aligned the car again and the driving wheel of my car is loose. I found them on Yelp, and I am so glad I did. $25.00 for a used goodyear tire that looks exactly like my other three. $12.00 to install it, all in all $37.00 for a great used tire and wonderful service. Went in with the idea of buying some used tires for my car, but the guy in charge of the used tires apparently wasnt there, so i decided to ask for prices on new ones, the guys there were having a deep conversation that i was just standing there, he would give me prices here and there but then continue to talk with his coworkers, when i asked for the qoute or something where i can take home to look at my options, he just got some flyers and started giving them to me without even looking what he was giving me, i even got some flyers for truck tires. I went to this place recently as I saw they have good reviews... I spent over $700 on new tires to then realize that they scratched all four of my rims in the process. This is very disappointing. I approached the manager there and he did nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they don't take actions for these mistakes and its hundreds of dollars spent at a time. The manager took no fault or concern for my situation and I ended up losing value on my rims. I wish they would have handled this differently as it was their fault my rims are now scratched and I spent a significant amount at their shop for new tires. read more

Went in today and bought 2 used tires and spent 137 bucks with an alignment. Once i drove away I notice my car was driving towards the left. So I brought it back immediately. They switched the two tires they put on and now my car leans to the left. Not happy with the alignment and probably wont go back, It doesn't make sense to go back to try to fix the alignment a third time.. read more

Great service, but they are not clear about pricing. I got 2 front tires, and he said that it included the alignment. After I got the work done, he charged my card 94 dollars additional. After asking him why I was charged, then he said it was extra. NOT CLEAR. Then we found a broken hose, after finally finding it. The man charged me 1 full hour of labor which is 60 dollars, for something that took him 15 minutes to install. When I told him that it doesn't take that long to replace the holes then he tried to justify that it would take about an hour. When you go here, make sure you go with someone who knows about cars because they will charge more than what they are suppose to. read more

I came to Paul's without an appointment last week in the morning with my 2011 Infiniti G37 Sedan and needed to replace all 4 of my tires. I got 4 new Goodyear Eagle tires mounted and an alignment for $600. I could not have asked for a more reasonable price, and the job was done in less than 45 minutes, I even arrived at work early when I thought I would be late. The service was phenomenal and they did a terrific job. I highly recommend this place, and will be going here with all of my future vehicle needs. read more

You walk in to the main office and wont be attended for about 10 minutes as they continue to answer phone calls one after the other in your face as you stand in front of them. After finally being greeted I was told to exit the premises and drive my vehicle around into the shop. As you drive in the shop it seems like you decide wherever you want to pull up. No mechanic nor shop supervisor stopped to guide me into a spot nor lift. After waving my hands and standing in the center of the place for 10 minutes I finally was approached by a short latin man possibly the shop coordinator that asked me once what I needed, glanced at my brakes, and asked me to move my car to a new spot again. I waited in the 2nd location for another 10-15 minutes as the short latin man scrambled from the one side of the shop to the other, attending new walk ins one after the other. He would not finish with one person before screaming across to the shop to the next. I finally lost my patience and interrupted as he was attending the fourth client after me. It was a joke to get 10 full minutes of attention to even get a quote, since I was already a sure customer they kept greeting and luring anyone new to walk in or call. It was so bad that the 'shop coordinator' finally apologetically asked me to step into the office for the qoute and he shouts "so you needed to change all 4 pads", when all we discussed were the rear shoes of the car. I was furious at this point but continued to correct him. He says ok and starts to look around confused and more concerned, the main power to the office computers went out. Can you f***ing believe that. The guy apologized again and completely understood when I told him his service was horrible. Its like he was agreeing with me to just leave. Only thing this place has is cheap labor. I ordered wheels online and did the install here before with good work but bumpy service also. I will never go back again and rather spend an extra 20$ at a shop that is helpful and im in and out of. I wasted half a day driving and waiting for a rear shoe replacement and adjustment. Oh yeah and was angered through the whole process. Learn to run a successful business with service Mr. Paul aka Carlos and maybe you wont have to charge the cheapest labor on the block. I'm a women and I went in this morning to replace my tire that had a nail since I have the protection plan but the topping of today's visit was another service guy telling me I need to replace my back brakes. To me this was insulting I replaced my brakes here at pauls tires 2 months ago. I went into the office irate and told them don't take me for a fool. If it was another women brining in her car she would innocently replace it without her needing it to be fixed in the first place. I lost total confidence in Paul's tire.
