Then fast forward I purchased a vape from them late in the evening on July 18th. On July 21st the vape died for the first time so I plugged it and after about 30 minutes I looked at it and it wasn't charging at all. So when I got off work in the evening I drove to the vape shop and brought it in. The man helping me was a taller white guy with brown beard who claimed he typically works at an alternative location. I explained the situation to him and he plugged it in and viewed the same issue - the vape wasn't charging unless you directly held the charger in place. He then told me that since it had been 2-3 days that he wouldn't replaced the vape but he would give me 20% off. Honestly after spending 26$ less than 3 days ago - I don't want to spend another 20$ - ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY. Anyways the clerk told me I should have tested it before leaving, I then asked him if the new standard was to bring a charger and test it that way too. He was aggressive, and not customer service oriented. He told me if I wanted any other help to call back in the morning when a manager is in. I let him know I called the morning of the 21st and no one had answered. Fast forward to the following day, I called when I was off work, asked to speak to a manager, the immediate response "STOP CALLING HERE" to which I said "Excuse me? Anyone else I have dealt with want nothing to do with me whenever I have questions about anything. There was an issue where I was sold a floor unit of a device but paid for a more expensive unit. I wasn't able to exchange it since that particular model's pods have been on back order for weeks. I was given a discount on another unit only because of the mixup but the unit had west and tear (had it less than a week). So I've paid for two devices and can't even use one because of supply chain issues. Understandable. I purchased some replacement pods for the discounted unit and they were almost immediately defective. The individual working wouldn't help me and made me return hours later when akash started his shift. Their return policy doesn't exist and even when it's their mistake or a defective item they make it difficult to handle it. I will continue to return here because of the convenience but it's really sad I can only get a good experience from one of their many employees.

I met Matt the owner and even though Matt didn't have the exact piece I was looking for he did offer to order it and would happen in a couple days, but he went one step higher and we actually were able to build the piece I was looking for in three different pieces which was still close to what I was looking for and I was able to get me up and running again and each piece was very inexpensive quality glass decent prices. This shop has a lot of unique pieces comes with an knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this show to anyone looking for any smoking related products.
