We have visited with our young kids who deal with unexplained and misdiagnosed health issues. Dr Lori has been a wonderful help to our family. I appreciate the office staff who are kind, efficient and helpful. Their office runs very smoothly with how they deal with consultation, visits, finances. Very open with health journey vision and supplements needed. Definitely NOT pushy on anything you don't want to do or need. Dr Lori is very educated in the functional medicine world as she is with traditional medicine. I greatly appreciate that about her. Today I called for an appointment and got a confirmation message to my phone while on the way there. Then I received a call from some guy who I had never talked to saying that they would not honor the promised IV because I had been "upset and used some colorful language the last time I was there". I explained that they had ruined a brand new coat and yes, I was not happy. They scheduled the free IV, (not the very expensive one I had paid for but said the free one was just saline with nothing else) I was all the way across town when he called but they lied and wasted even more of my time. I would never go there again. I have had dozens of IV's and never had any issues anywhere else. These people are not trustworthy. UPDATE; Since posting this review I got a call from Iowa IV telling me I should be an "adult" and asking me what they can do to get me to remove the review. Telling me I am not being an adult because I speak the truth is not the answer. Being rude and condescending is not the answer. I am not the one who did a bad job. I am not the person who lied about making up for it once already. You treated me like I was trying to pull something over on you for a few dollars. Even though the girl who did it saw the blood soaked coat and arm less than an hour later. Ladies I wear jeans and t shirts but I have many millions in liquid assets. I have been trying to make an appointment for an infusion for a few months now. Nobody will answer…read morethe phone so I haven't been able to get my infusion that I really need and have been getting migraines daily because of it. I don't know why they don't do their job and answer the phone ever. I'm very frustrated because I'm in a lot of pain. Again I've been trying to get anyone to return my call or even answer the phone and nobody will. I even went in to try and schedule an appointment and they said they couldn't help me.
