Spinning and rowing are also available to use in the saunas. Team reviewed the safety features for members who work out when they are not there. Also reviewed program and fees as well as the specials they were running. Couple of notes of areas of opportunity: -hard to watch the instructor while in poses. Difficult when you are new to the moves. With experience and time would get a lot easier -website doesn't describe well that it is 24/7 when you are a member. This was great to learn once I arrived that it has very flexible times to attend. Looking for a new way to step up your workout, this would be a perfect switch to. Looking back, I think this was them trying to get me to cancel. Once I met with the aesthetician, she told me that a chemical peel was "bottom of the barrel" and "a waste of your money, because you're going to be disappointed with the results." She then recommended $3800+ worth of moxie and other services, none of which could be done during my appointment. She also said that after those recommended treatments I would still be disappointed with the results, and would need additional expensive treatments. I left feeling very disappointed and self-conscious. I do appreciate the honesty of this conversation, but it was still incredibly disappointing and wasted my evening. It kind of felt like the aesthetician just wanted to be done with her day. It also felt like they were using the visia results to scare me into buying their treatment plan. At no time was anyone rude, she was very kind and direct. I've had an excellent experience with a hydrafacial in the past at the spa. I think it would be beneficial for them to ask what your skincare goals are, instead of just assuming that you're looking for flawlessness. I have no expectation that my skin will ever be free from signs of sun, as I am outside every day. Mixed feelings on if I'll return.

It was hot! 150° to be exact. About the 32 minute mark of my 40 minute session I was definitely restless. When finished the eucalyptus cloth was amazing!! The sweat pouring out and a cool cloth made me feel rejuvenated! About an hour later I was quite surprised with the energy I had, honestly I thought I was going to be destined for a nap. I have been very pleased to experience most of what Lifetime offers and I like so many things about it already. Memberships starts at $99 a month and can be customized to what you need or want for your fitness goals. I appreciate the one on one training I've received already. The accountability and relationship development is money well spent. During COVID19 review: masks are not required for entry. Employees were all masked until recent Governor Mask Mandate was lifted earlier in May 2021. Excellent sanitation protocols. Social distance is good. (As good as it can get for a gym.) Everyone is very respectful of space and cleaning their work area/equipment. Busiest times of the gym are weekday mornings 5:00-8:00 am. Gets busy off and on during mid morning till late afternoon. Busy again after work hours. Less busiest time is 6:30pm - 11:00pm close on week days. Weekends are fantastic too as it's less busy. Overall I highly recommend Lifetime Fitness as a one stop shop gym.
