Called again. Came end of October. Said board was cracked. Came to replace board November 19. Closed up for the winter. Opened in the spring and within a week was tilted again. Came on April 23 and said something bent. Came June 10 to fix. The 3 servicemen said they didn't have enough workers with them and they did not have the correct size replacement piece. They took the awning with them and are bringing back to the shop. Maybe will be back in a week. Insinuated multiple times over the phone that we broke the awning and said they were doing a courtesy by not charging for repairs! From the installation at the end of August to today, June 10, the awning has never been hanging correctly. They are scheduled to return on June 18- Over 9 months !

Then once our town pointed out the zoning issues, Four Seasons refused to respond to emails and calls. They fraudulently took our deposit and then ran away with our money! THIS IS A SCAM!! He is just a Yelp bot - the Company has still not called us to rectify the issue, and return our $9300 deposit! I can't say how their work is because it never happened. I…read moregot a written estimate and we even revised it. I gave my deposit and then was called several weeks later and said they could not do the job for that amount due to the rise in prices during COVID. The prices had already gone up when I was given the estimate, so I didn't understand why the sudden change. I think they realized that the estimate was on the low side. They will be sending me back my deposit, putting it in the mail tomorrow morning. I just don't think this is good business. And even if they came back and said they would do the job for the original estimate I still would not go with this company. All comments are welcome. Eddie the guy that gave me the estimate called me this morning and apologized for the mistake. Due to the COVID issues, which is like Eddie said is no ones fault everything has gone up tremendously. Even though I have never had work done by this company, I am giving it 5 stars for the Honesty. Another reason why I changed my star rating was because of customer service on the part of Eddie. It was very nice for him to take the time out to call me, and that did mean a lot. I'm just disappointed because at this point I have to put my work off till the spring.
