I had chosen Dynasty Pavers and Design because they're the only ones that made it simple and stress free for me. The struggle I had with other paver companies is that their BobCat can't fit through my narrow pathway to my back yard and the only options is for me to move a fence from the other side of the house that's secured or move my big storage elsewhere on my own. Dynasty Paver had a smaller BobCat that I didn't have to worry about moving or taking any fence apart, which was great! The project manager was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was great to work with and help me budgets the project. I was able to save some hundreds and not having the paver go up against the fence was a great idea. I later realized the paver and fence gutter is not just dirt. They had help me fill in the concrete gravels in-between paver and the 6 inch space I had to the fence which looks great and practical (looks like a gutter, which is perfect). Above and beyond: They had helped me install piping under the pavers for the water line and backwash waste water as well for waste water. No more exposed pluming or using my water hose to fill pond water. I was very please with their work and my family and friends are now able to enjoy the backyard once again. I met with Jorge N. of Dynasty Pavers about 3 weeks ago -- who came to my home to take measurements, discuss pricing and work on putting together a proposal for my backyard project. While Jorge was a fantastic person to speak with, and had some unique information to share about process and planning -- he promised to have a quote over to me in 3-4 days which unfortunately never happened. At the time I met with Jorge, he relayed that all of the prep work I put together and shared with a rep via a Yelp Chat never got to him--so he basically showed up blind with no info, which created more work for me. Since our initial meeting, I have never received a quote, text or email indicating anything about next steps. I spoke to a few other paver experts in the area who were able to do everything Jorge promised and more in like than 24-48 hours. That has made it very clear to me where my time, money and energy may be best spent. I had high hopes for this group but unfortunately, they completely dropped the ball. read more

This is a family owned and operated business and the owner Jon Paul was great to work with. He was on site for much of the project and always available to answer questions. JP and the team at Dynasty Pavers will treat you and your property the way they would a family or friend. We went with Dynasty Pavers back in 2021 after they were recommend by a neighbor that had a driveway done. It was still in great shape so we knew they would do a quality job. JP and the team put in a walk way in the backyard where we had just put in french drains. Unfortunately, over time, some of the walkway failed due to settling from the french drain project. I reached out to JP and he said that they would fix the job free of charge and they did. Additionally, they helped me add a tiny portion to that leads to some stairs to go up the hill for a very reasonable price. These are good quality people. They do a quality job and if something goes wrong, they keep their word and fix it. Be aware, they are busy contractors and you might have to reach out a few times (which is pretty typical for the good ones in my opinion). read more

We needed between 30 and 40 TONS of salvaged rare Bay Area Bluestone hauled. The stones needed to be removed from a tight space be delivered to three different destinations. After interviewing and getting bids from several firms, Dynasty Pavers / J&J Hauling gave us a very competitive bid and understood the logistically complex job. When it came time to do the work, they arrived on time. Our main point of contact was Janser and his brother Juri. He and his team completed the job in two days instead of 3, including 4 different deliveries to three different sites (as required by the sheer volume of stone). They left the site as clean as I've ever seen it and were patient with the process of sizing and grading the stone. We certainly hope to work with them on future jobs and wish them all success. they deserve it. read more

Wow!! What can I say and where do I begin? My experience with JPR Pavers was way more than I expected. John Paul and his crew did a fabulous job on my driveway. I mean the before and after photos really tell the entire story. However, unless you enlarge the photos you really cannot see and appreciate the attention to detail given to the project. Each Interlocking paver was well laid and custom to fit where needed. Best of all the project was completed on schedule and under original estimate!! Like many of you reading this review, the hardest challenge is knowing where to start. I got about 7 - 10 quotes. Of all the quotes, JP came across as very thorough and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He described using the Best In Class processes for laying interlocking pavers. The project took a total of 6 days as quoted and believe me they were in and out. At the end of the project , everything was thoroughly cleaned up and the final product definitely caught the neighbor's attention. I have an 81 year old mother that lives with me and the focus and attention he constantly gave to making sure it was a positive experience and user friendly for my mom was very thoughtful and considerate. The project even included pop up drains which we did not consider in the initial design but really provided for a nice finish and smooth lines on the driveway. JP also noticed we may need a new water meter cement housing to match the new driveway. While the water company will not install it, they will deliver it. It was up to JP and his crew to perform the installation and boy did they do a wonderful job. As you can see from the photos, the final installation is totally flush with the driveway while customizing every paver around it to provide that perfectly seamless fit. Even my neighbor who works for the Water Company was totally impressed. This driveway and workmanship went way and beyond our expectations and could not have asked for a better looking driveway. I contacted JPR Pavers on Yelp 2 days ago to come out and provide an estimate for patio work we need to have done in our backyard. The owner and I communicated back and forth on Yelp to exchange info and to schedule the appointment, which we agreed would be for "around" 5:30 pm today (2/27). My husband had to make special arrangements to get off work early enough to get home in time for the appointment. It's now 7:00 pm and nobody has showed up, called or emailed. This is totally unacceptable in this day of technology. I would not recommend this company, as they clearly have little to no regard for their customers' time. read more

I used JPRpavers for my backyard project and was disappointed about their sloppy job performance and unethical behaviors. They wanted to do a quick job to please everyone and they did not really value about their quality of work as they promised. 1) John Paul usually arrived late and he often apologized regarding his tardiness to our appointment. He gave me countless lame excuses (e.g. traffic and blah) why he was running late. Basically, he didn't really care about how his lat arrival has made me to arrive my work late. 2) John Paul is a pure charismatic salesman and he would give you many empty promises. He even promised me to get some good discounts with a local supplier when I sign their contract with his biz and then he changed his stories later! 3) This company did overspent my budget and then I had too many leftover supplies. When I have a load of leftover stones, they wanted to charge me for another job and asked me to pay 2x more than my original project (unethical behaviors). 4) When they completed the project, they didn't clean up the remaining stuff (e.g spilled sandbag, etc) and I found that one of their guys splashed the ceramic on my front fence. I then found several damages on my wall and fences after they left, and I eventually found two water sprinklers were under the stone pavers. Clearly, his hispanic crew rushed to complete the job and then leave my property immediately. They are a pure profit maker. The only reason I gave them two stars 1) they did the job (as far as I know) and 2) they were very responsive. If you want to get a better quality of customer service, work with a honest contractor who would respect your time, budget and delivery of your desired project in a timely manner, find another reputable contractor other than JRS Pavers. read more
