Full disclosure, I did not have work done by the paver company. However, Marty gave me the pros and cons of going with pavers vs concrete. Marty was aware I was looking for concrete, but still gave me the best customer service and guided me in what to look for when hiring someone to do work at one's home. In the future, if I need pavers for my home, I will reach out to Marty and the paver company. read more

They made a very nice design for our side yard. They took care of tearing down our current set up in the garden including two big concrete blocks. The project two about 2 days. Main bulk was done the first days. Second day was mostly waiting for the sand to set. Very positive experience overall. read more

They didn't work with integrity initially, so their response, and the fabrication in it, doesn't come as a surprise. They seem to be doing whatever it takes to save face. As can be seen in their response to some other negative reviews left by customers on their other Yelp pages and on Google, they'll blame the customer and even try to discredit the review by saying it seems to be misplaced and was meant for another company, as they've done for mine. And yet they have a story to share of what transpired?...what clowns...I'm exiting this conversation as I can't go back and forth at this low level. read more

We are very impressed with the quality of service by the entire Paver Company team. Marty was very clear with his communication and approach with the design. He showed us paver options and provided examples of other TPC jobs in the area. I felt his bid was very fair and he was clear with pricing options. David oversaw the overall project management of the driveway and was very accommodating with our schedule and our change request with the installation. The crew was amazing - we were impressed with Sergio leading his team, including Marco, Gerard, Samuel, and Carlos. Marty explained to us the different types of pavers rated for driveways and provided us with addresses of past customers so we could see their workmanship and different styles of pavers. This was very helpful. Highly recommend seeing your selected paver on a larger scale first as the small area in the showrooms isn't enough. I needed the entire side length of my house made useable for storage and what not. I was initially thinking of concrete, but after getting 2 quotes, the price was comparable to using pavers. They look much better and are just as durable without the fear of developing cracks with heavy usage. The initial quote was for a three day project, but the crew of Mariano and Jose, headed by Eddie, finished it in 2. The area was cleaned and pristine after completion. Everything looks great and I finally have an area that is usable and esthetically pleasing at a reasonable price. read more

We were very pleased with the work that The Paver Company did for us! We were working on an outdoor kitchen project and were referred to The Paver Company to help us put a pad of pavers. We worked with Marty initially and he was super helpful in finding the right pavers that would work best for the outdoor kitchen and how to blend them with existing pavers in our yard. We also were interested in exploring options for artificial turf and Marty was very helpful in giving us the information we needed to find the right turf for us. Once the project started, Eric was our project manager and was very helpful! He communicated all the steps clearly and was responsive. We worked with Eddie and his crew and they did great work. The Paver Company did an excellent job cleaning, sanding and finishing our 537 square foot patio and walkway. Richard and Caitlin provided us a clear and reasonable estimate of the work to be performed and facilitated communications to the company. In spite of temperatures in the 90's, Ryan expended an enormous amount of effort in removing every trace of the old sealer and paint. When the project still showed some efflorescence, the company responded immediately by having Caitlin send Ryan back for an additional full day to remove the last spots. The end result was outstanding! I am very impressed by this company's dedication to quality work and focus on customer service. I highly recommend The Paver Company. read more

We are very happy with the new pool deck installed by the paver company. I didn't think that replacing the pool deck would make such a difference, but it did. Not only does my family enjoy it but the fur babies are also lounging around on the deck which wasn't something they used to do. Backyard is still a work in process but the pool deck is really a wonderful replacement. Called them for a side yard project and they scheduled the appointment for visit. I was clear about size from the beginning. Someone called later to reschedule and I accommodated it by leaving office an hour early. He came in and said we don't do projects with size less than 300 sft. It is a waste of time and they could have been clear on it during the phone call. The people who work at office have no idea on what to ask for except filling the dates for appointments. read more

Four months after insulation, turf started to melt. I assumed this would be covered under warranty, but it was not covered due to reflection from windows. This started to happen when temperatures were in the low 70s. It was not disclosed that the product installed has such a low melting point. It was also not disclosed that there are products available with a higher melting threshold. This project should have used synthetic nylon turf, which has a higher rated melting point. To summarize my overall experience with The Paver Company, they did a 5-Star job on the paver installation. However, I am very disappointed on the turf part of my project. Although it looked very nice when first installed, this project should have never used turf with such a low melting point. The Paver Company did offer to replace a section of the turf at their cost of material and labor. I did not feel it was reasonable for me to come out of pocket to repair this damage. read more

I had the Paver Company replace my dying front lawn with artificial turf. The product offered was better than anything I had seen to that point. They were a little on the high side for price, but as I have experienced before, You Get What You Pay For!!! The day the project was to start, the team was an hour early. I had researched how this product should be installed and The Paver Co. installed as per the standards set for this product. They were on time each day and every day until the project was finished. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and the finished project was FANTASTIC!! Marty was my project manager and he was thorough, answering all my questions so that I was fully aware of what to expect. Marty also checked on the progress and followed up with making sure I was satisfied with the product and the work done. There are two other homes on my street with artificial turf and mine looks the best. They put a natural slope to the lawn making it look more natural than just making it flat as my neighbors have. I highly recommend the Paver Company and Marty as a project manager and Eric as the team leader. FYI, The installation was done before winter and has withstood all the rain we have received and my cats love it also. read more
