Came here after receiving a giftcard for christmas. I decided to try something I have never done before- dry brushing and a salt body scrub followed by a 60 min massage. Wow, dry brushing and the salt scrub was PAINFUL. At one point I thought to myself, why am I paying someone to torture me? LOL The dry brushing felt like someone scraping my skin with a course brush only to be followed by being rubbed with sandpaper (the salt scrub). After the fact when I felt my skin, I was amazed. My skin felt soft as a babies butt! I am not exaggerating, I have never felt my skin be so smooth. Will I do it again? Probably not- it's just not worth the pain or the high price. The massage was epic. Rose gave me one of the best massages of my life. She is so in tune to your body, your energy and that gives her insight on how to help loosen your muscles and get to the root of your pain. I have had deep myofascial work done over the past year, and I was super impressed that when I told her what areas were bothering me, she addressed other parts of my body that contributed to the pain. Most massage therapists dont have the training to know this and will treat the symptom (where it hurts) but wont treat the source which is usually another area of the body that isnt tender or in pain. She knows her stuff and is a pro! She is so good I am looking to have a massage by her again next month if my schedule allows. Every bit of tension, every knot was worked out by her. I can't believe I was able to get in on a Friday afternoon for a facial with only a couple of days advance booking. The waiting area is comfortable and the staff are really wonderfully welcoming. Went here on my birthday and highly enjoyed it. Everyone was nice and so was the location. Parking sucks so I would arrive early to drive in circles and walk. Got a body scrub, massage and facial. Decided to treat my sister and myself to a Swedish massage . We choose couples massage so we could be in the same room . We were greeted by a friendly young lady. We were offered water or tea and brought over to a comfy waiting lounge . Our masseuses greeted us and brought us over to our room and asked us what areas we needed more work on. I forgot their names but my sister really enjoyed her massage and so did I. I had the Classic Facial for the first time and it was one of the Best facials ever-it was the best ever. The pictures show the proof. I was in need of some pampering. The products were highly soothing and smelled great. In addition to the facial the esthetician massaged my feet, hands, and shoulders. I was also able to completely relax and that is rare for me. Plus she put a heating pad on the table(genius). It was super comfortable on the table. She also was able to get me in and had two weeks of bookings straight. It is on our cute downtown square, in the new, two story, red brick building next to Hamm's meat market. Park in the lot behind Rick's chop house if you can. My mom and I were in over the weekend for massages and facials and I have to say, the treatments were fabulous!! We've been to countless spas and have had hundreds of massages and facials all over the states, but this was one of our best experiences and most relaxing massage and facial treatments ever!! The spa was beautiful and clean in every room from the front desk to the restrooms. The large waiting lounge separate from the front waiting area was stunning, private, and had a big comfortable couch next to delicious teas and infused water that were offered to us. Each product used smelled so fresh and felt so relaxing. The facial was so much more than that with an incredible hand and foot massage to accompany it before my actual massage service. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can not wait to book again soon and would highly recommend this McKinney location. There's easy access public parking right out front and you can see their cute neon pink sign from the road. AMAZING! A friend and I each had a facial and hot stone massage today. Afterward, we didn't want to get off the beds. We asked to be in the same room so we could chat but after the first few minutes we were too relaxed to talk! The location was very clean. The two estheticians/therapists were very professional and transitioning from facial to massage was very smooth. The girls knew what they were doing and were very quiet and polite the entire time. I had a 2;00 Appointment and my massage therapist took another massage in Garland and left me waiting outside the Spa for 45 minutes. I spoke to the owner and she told me it was an emergency. Zero customer service the Owner was rude and offered nothing for my inconvenience. My new massage therapist did a great massage. However loud interruptions during the massage occurred. (A radio news show was broadcasting over the speakers during the massage. I will tell anyone who will listen to NEVER visit this business.
