Three years later, when I was looking for someone trustworthy and kind to care for my new puppy, Teddy, I happened to come across Eddy's company. They've been taking my dog, Kobe, to playgroup three times a week, and it's been life-changing. Kobe lives for those outings. He comes home happy, tired, and clearly fulfilled. But the real testament to how incredible they are came when Kobe stayed with Eddy for 10 days in April. I've tried other places before, and let's just say: never again. Paw Paw Paw Our beloved doodle has been cared for by Eddy & his team many many times and we couldn't be happier with the care he gets. Eddy's reliable, professional, flexible and friendly. We know he does a good job because when Eddy or his team come to pick up Oliver he's over the top excited to see them, running around and yelping with excitement. It's like going to camp for Oliver --he has a great time off leash and is tired when he gets hom. We worry that when he's with us, he's bored. On our recent trip out of town, Oliver needed to be treated with several medications and was wearing a cone. Eddy assured us that at any given time at least one dog is dressed up in a cone and that he knows how to administer medications. We never worried a bit about whether he was receiving good care and when we came back, he was improved. This is a great team of experienced, friendly, energetic dog-loving folx. read more

I have been using Paw Paw Paw for almost a year. There have been four walkers, Eddy and three of his employees. Even when they think I'm not home, I can hear the enthusiastic greetings they show my two Boxers when they pick them up for walks or playdates. Eddy has established a wonderful program of services, but more importantly, he invests his efforts in each unique client. He has frequently adjusted schedules and services to accommodate my or my pets needs and has even helped me beyond the stated services. His crew has a wonderful and upbeat attitude about their jobs and their obligations and it shows in my dogs reactions to them. So far the girls have had walks, playdates in parks and in my yard and even at Eddy's home, as well as an extended boarding period with him. I have tried other providers and this is by far the best. I've boarded my dog multiple times and via different setups (sitters, facilities), and none have been as worry-free as letting my dog stay with Eddy and team. Communication was smooth from the get go -- I like that expectations are set to ensure best possible care. Hand off was a breeze. I was sent daily pictures and updates while I was away and it was comforting to see my pup enjoying his own staycation! My dog was taken on group walks and got to run and stretch his legs often -- he was truly having fun. My arrival was late at night and Eddy was flexible and dropped off my dog that night so that I didn't have to miss him more. When we first met Eddy, a year ago, we were very impressed with his approach to vetting and accepting new dogs for play dates, walking and boarding. He was personable and professional as he got to know our dog and us from the very beginning! Since our original introduction, our dog has had play dates each week and has boarded twice - and will board again this summer with Eddy and his crew. I've used Paw Paw Paw for a year now for dog walking. He was referred to me by a friend when I moved to the city. Eddy has always been professional, timely, detail oriented with directions, and very caring towards my dog. He is always able to accommodate last minute requests and my dog is always excited to see him whether Eddy is picking her up or if we see Eddy out and about. He always sends updates with lots of great pictures or video as well and brings lots of water on hot days. It is hard to say who is having a better time during play group: Eddy or the dogs! We have left our Black Lab Dudley with Eddy & Scarlett many times and couldn't be happier with them. Dudley is always sad to come home! They have taken care of Dudley since he was young and now that he's older and has bad arthritis, they are very careful with him and don't let him around too much even though that's what he wants to do all the time.
